Sirds un asinsvadu slimību klīnikas medicīnas personāla ūdens (H20)lietošanas paradumi

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Sirds un asinsvadu slimību klīnikas medicīnas personāla ūdens lietošanas paradumi” izstrādāts, lai noskaidrotu medicīnas personāla ūdens lietošanas paradumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze - Sirds un asinsvadu slimību klīnikas medicīnas personāla dzeramā ūdens daudzuma uzņemšana un lietošanas paradumi atkarīgi no personiskās motivācijas šķidruma lietošanai, ikdienas profesionālo pienākumu apjoma un to plānošanas iespējām. Izstrādāta anketa un veikts pētījums, anketējot 89 respondentus. Izmantoti 36 literatūras un izziņas avoti. Teorētiskajā daļā veikta zinātniskās literatūras analīze. Pētījuma daļā analizēti anketās iegūtie dati. Noslēgumā izvirzīti secinājumi ir salīdzināti ar 2013. gadā veikto pētījumu. Hipotēze pētījuma gaitā apstiprinājusies. Darbs sastāv no 44 lappusēm, 18 attēliem, 1 tabulas un 4 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi – ūdens, dzeramā ūdens kvalitāte, nepieciešamā šķidruma lietošana, ūdens pareizas lietošanas pamatprincipi un paradumi.

The Bachelor’s thesis “Water drinking habits of the medical staff of the cardiovascular disease clinic” has been developed to identify the water drinking habits of the medical staff. The questionnaire is a quantitative research tool which was used in order to achieve the targets of this thesis. Hypothesis – quantity of the water and water drinking habits of the medical staff of the cardiovascular disease clinic are depends on the personal motivation of the drinking, daily professional duties and their schedule possibilities. The survey has been developed, and 89 respondents have been taken part in questionnaire. 36 sources were used in the thesis. The theoretical part contains the scientific literature analysis. The research part contains analysis of the questionnaire received data. Final part consists of conclusions and comparison research in the 2013 year. The Bachelor’s thesis consists of 44 pages, 18 images, 1 table and 4 appendices. Keywords - water, drinking water quality, the required usage of the water, the proper basic principles and habits of the drinking water use.
