Māsas un vecāka gadagājuma pacienta sadarbība aprūpes nodrošināšanas procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Māsas un vecāka gadagājuma pacienta sadarbība aprūpes nodrošināšanas procesā”, sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, 6 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, kopsavilkuma, 3 pielikumiem, 2 attēliem, 1 tabulas. Darba izstrādei izmantoti 47 literatūras avoti. Mūsdienu sabiedrībā, ņemot vērā populācijas novecošanos, kā arī veselības aprūpes sistēmas darbību, aktuāls kļūst jautājums par vecāka gadagājuma pacientu aprūpi stacionāros, īpašu uzmanību vēršot uz māsas un pacienta sadarbības aspektiem pacienta aprūpes procesā. Darba mērķis ir izzināt un novērtēt māsas un vecāka gadagājuma pacienta sadarbību aprūpes nodrošināšanas procesā stacionārā etapā. Darbā tiek analizēta māszinību teorētiķes Kolkabas komforta teorija, veidojot pētījuma teorētisko pamatojumu. Darbā tiek izvirzīta hipotēze: „Māsas un vecāka gadagājuma pacienta sadarbība ir vērsta uz pacienta komforta nodrošināšanu aprūpes procesā”. Pētījuma veikšanai izvēlēta kvantitatīvā neeksperimentāla metode. Pētījumā piedalījās 100 respondenti vecumā no 65 līdz 90 gadiem. Anketa sastāv no 16 jautājumiem. Zinātniski pētnieciskā darba izvirzītā hipotēze pētījuma gaitā apstiprinājās, norādot, ka māsas un vecāka gadagājuma pacienta sadarbība ir vērsta uz pacienta komforta nodrošināšanu aprūpes procesā. This bachelor paper „Interaction between nurse and senior patient during the process of health care provisioning” consists of introduction, 4 chapters, 6 sub-chapters, conclusions, summary, 3 appendices, 2 images, 1 table. In this paper there have been used 47 literary references. Taking into consideration population ageing and peculiarities of health care system, contemporary society faces certain issues linked to senior patient care in hospitals, particularly those concerning interaction between nurse and patient during medical procedures. The aim of this paper is to evaluate and assess interaction between nurse and senior patient during the process of health care provisioning in a hospital. This work analyses comfort theory of nursing theorist Katharina Kolcaba that is the theoretical basis of this research. The hypothesis of this paper is as follows: „Primary goal of interaction between nurse and senior patient is to provide a certain level of comfort for the patient during the process of health care provisioning”. Quantitative non-experimental research method is applied for this research. In this study there are 100 participants (age ranging from 65 to 90 years old). The survey consists of 16 questions. The hypothesis of this research paper has been proven by confirming that primary aim of interaction between nurse and senior patient is to provide comfort for the patient.
