Lokālās un vispārējās anestēzijas izvēles kritēriji zobārstniecībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Lokālās un vispārējās anestēzijas izvēles kritēriji zobārstniecībā.” Darbs izstrādāts 2013./2014. gadā. Tēmas aktualitāte pamatojas ar to, lai pacientam nodrošinātu nesāpīgu zobārstniecības procedūras norisi, zobārstniecība piedāvā efektīvas anestēzijas metodes. Pamatojoties uz aktualitāti, tika izvirzīts mērķis noskaidrot lokālās un vispārējās anestēzijas izvēles kritērijus zobārstniecībā. Praktiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīts pētījums. Tā veikšanai izstrādāti anketas jautājumi, kur pētījuma respondenti bija kādas zobārstniecības pacienti. Pētījuma galvenais uzdevums ir gūt atbildi uz hipotēzi „Pacienta bailes ir vienas no galvenajiem vispārējās anestēzijas izvēles kritērijiem zobārstniecībā. Praktiskais pētījums tika veikts laika posmā no 2014. gada 6. maija līdz 20.maijam. Veiktā pētījuma rezultātu apkopošana un analīze, darba mērķi un uzdevumi sasniegti, izdarīti secinājumi, apstiprināta izvirzītā hipotēzi. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is ”The selection criterion of the local and general types of anesthesia used in the dentistry”. Thesis worked out at the year 2013/2014. The aim of the thesis is to describe the opportunities to ensure the painless treatment in the dentistry. This treatment has been made painless by using an efficient methods of the anesthesia. The research is described in the practical part of thesis. To work out the practical part of thesis was made the questionnaire. Respondents were the patients of the dentistry. The main task of the research was to get an response to hypothesis that “the patient’s fear is the leading criterion to use a general anesthesia in the dentistry”. The practical research was made from 6th May 2014 till 20th May 2014. The results of the research are summarized and analysed, the aims and tasks of the thesis are achieved, conclusion is made and the advanced hypothesis is approved. Thesis consisting of 31 pages, 2 attachments as well as 30 literature sources. The keywords : a criterion, a patient, an anesthesia, local, general, the dentistry.
