| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Tetovēšana jauniešu ķermeņa kultūrā mūsdienu Latvijā”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kāda ir Latvijas jauniešu motivācija tetovēties. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika pielietota interneta aptauja un daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar tetovētiem jauniešiem. Tika noskaidrots, ka svarīgākie tetovēšanās motīvi ir vēlme izdaiļot ķermeni, saglabāt atmiņu un izcelt lietu, īpašību svarīgumu dzīvē.

| dc.description.abstract | The title of the thesis is „Tattooing in the culture of body of youth in contemporary Latvia”. The purpose of the thesis is to find out, what is Latvia’s young people’s motivation for tattooing. To achieve this purpose the author used the Internet survey and semi- structured interviews with tattooed youth. The results shows, that the most important motives are the desire to decorate body, keep the memory and accent the importance of qualities and things in the life.
