Zviedrijas un Somijas ekonomisko modeļu un sociālo garantiju sistēmu salīdzinājums

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt Zviedrijas un Somijas ekonomiskos modeļus un sociālo garantiju sistēmu. Līdz ar pētījuma mērķi, pētījuma sākumā tiek arī izvirzīta hipotēze: Zviedrijas un Somijas ekonomiskie modeļi un sociālo garantiju sistēmas ir līdzīgas, jo balstās uz līdzīgiem sociālo garantiju nodrošināšanas principiem. Pētījuma sākumā tiek arī izvirzīti trīs pētnieciskie jautājumi, uz kuriem tiks meklētas atbildes pētījuma gaitā: 1) Kāds ekonomiskais modelis darbojas Zviedrijā un Somijā? 2) Kādas ir sociālo garantiju sistēmas Zviedrijā un Somijā? 3) Kā labklājības valsts koncepts darbojas Zviedrijā un Somijā? Šo jautājumu aplūkošana ir svarīga, lai pētījuma noslēgumā būtu iespējams pierādīt vai apgāzt hipotēzi. Šo jautājumu atbildēšana palīdzēs atklāt atšķirības abu valstu ekonomiskajos modeļos un sociālo garantiju sistēmās, ja tādas būs atrodamas. Pētījuma autors uzsver, ka par nozīmīgām atšķirībām tiek uzskatītas tādas, kas nosaka principiālas atšķirības ekonomikas darbībā vai sociālo garantiju piešķiršanas shēmā.

The aim of this paper is to compare the economic models and systems of social guarantees of Sweden and Finland. At the beginning of this paper a hypothesis has been brought forward: the economic models and the systems of social guarantees are similar, because they are based on the same principles of the provision of social guarantees. There are three main research questions of this paper: 1) What kind of economic models are working in Sweden and Finland? 2) What are the social guarantee systems in Finland and Sweden? 3) How is the concept of welfare state working in Finland and Sweden? It is important to find answers to these research questions in order to prove or disprove the hypothesis. Answering these questions will help to find out the differences in economic models and the systems of social guarantees of both countries, if there are some differences of course. The author of this research emphasizes, that only principal differences in action of economies and the provision of social guarantees are considered to be important.
