| dc.description.abstract | Darba mērķis bija izanalizēt un noskaidrot vai programmas „Bērniem piemērota Latvija 2010.-2012. gadam” mērķa sasniegšanai paredzētie uzdevumi atbilst izvirzītajiem programmas mērķiem. Darba autora uzdevums bija noteikt indikatorus, kas raksturotu programmas mērķus un uzdevumus, šo indikatoru salīdzinājums. Pēc šiem pašiem indikatoriem tika veikts situāciju pirms un pēc programmas ieviešanas raksturojums, situācijas izpēte. Darba gaitā autors secināja, ka iepriekšminētās programmas uzdevumi neatbilst programmas mērķiem, kopējie rādītāji, kas atbild par bērnu labklājības līmeni Latvijā nav uzlabojušies, bērnu labklājības līmenis Latvijā ir viens no zemākajiem Eiropā.

| dc.description.abstract | The gol of this thesis was to analyze and find out whether the program "Latvia suitable for children 2010.-2012." aim consummation tasks come up with the aim of the program. The author's task was to identify the indicators that describe the program goals and objectives and this indicator comparison. The same indicators was carried out to describe situation before and after the the program was implemented and research this stiuation. In the course of the thesis author concluded that the programm taks does not match with the goals of the program, indices, wich respond children welfcare level in Latvia are not grown, Latvian children's welfcare level is one of the the lowest in Europe.
