Uzticības veicināšanas pasākumi starp Krieviju un NATO

Abstract

Pēc Padomju Savienības sabrukuma Krievijas un NATO attiecībās bija gan uzlabojumi, gan krīzes situācijas. Daudzi autori uzsver, ka joprojām starp pusēm pastāv drošības dilemma, ko savukārt var mazināt uzticības veicināšanas pasākumus. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek pētīti drošības dilemmas un uzticības veicināšanas pasākumu koncepcijas, balstoties uz kuriem tiek izveidoti kritēriji drošības dilemmas mazināšanai. Attiecīgie kritēriji tiek izmantoti empīriskās daļas analīzē, kur tiek pētīts Krievijas un NATO attiecību ietvars, svarīgākie problēmjautājumi, kā arī uzticības vecināšanas pasākumu kopums starp abām pusēm. Pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzticības veicināšanas pasākumus starp Krieviju un NATO un to ietekmi uz drošības dilemmas mazināšanu. Maģistra darba hipotēze – Drošības dilemma starp NATO un Krieviju ir mazinājusies uzticības veicināšanas pasākumu ietekmē.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Russian-NATO relations had as enhancements as crises. Some authors think that between Russia and NATO still exist security dilemma. Confidence-building measures can successfully affect the decreasing of security dilemma between parties. In the theoretical part of the paper author explores security dilemma and confidence-building measures concepts, on this basis were established 3 criteria to reduce the security dilemma. These criteria were used in the empirical part of the analysis, which are studied in Russia-NATO relations framework, the most important issues, and confidence-building measures between two sides. The aim of this research work is to explore confidence-building measures between Russia and NATO and their impact on the reduction of security dilemma. The hypothesis – security dilemma between NATO and Russia has been weakened by the affect of the confidence-building measures.
