| dc.description.abstract | Darbā uzmanība pievēršas vietējā un rajona līmeņa pašvaldību funkciju izpildei, jo tādejādi var novērtēt, cik katra līmeņa pašvaldības darbība ir lietderīga un pamatota. Lai veiksmīgāk varētu pētīt situāciju tiek aplūkots Cēsu gadījums – skatot, Cēsu pilsētas domi un Cēsu rajona padomi. Bakalaura darbā tiek aplūkota iespējamā rajona pašvaldības un vietējās pašvaldības pienākumu un funkciju apvienošana vienā institūtā, proti, attiecīgā rajona pilsētas domē, šajā gadījumā – Cēsu pilsētas domē. | en_US |
