Sociālais darbs ar alkoholatkarīgu sievieti ģimenē

Abstract

Autora izstrādātā diplomdarba tēma ir „Sociālais darbs ar alkoholatkarīgu sievieti ģimenē”. Darba mērķis ir teorētiski analizēt alkohola atkarības ietekmi uz ģimeni, kurā sieviete ir alkoholatkarīga, un kvalitatīvā pētījuma ietvaros apkopot ieteikumus sociālajā darbā ar alkoholatkarīgas sievietes ģimeni. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tika analizēts alkohola atkarība jēdziens, alkohola atkarības pazīmes, klasifikācija un tās izraisītās sekas uz cilvēku. Otrajā nodaļā dots ieskats ģimenes kā sistēmas un sievietes lomas tajā analīzē. Analizēta arī līdzatkarības kā alkoholisma blakusparādības problēma. Trešajā diplomdarba nodaļā teorētiski tiek analizēta sociālā darba specifika darbā ar alkoholatkarīgām sievietēm. Diplomdarba ceturtās nodaļas ietvaros tika veikts kvalitatīvs pētījums, kura ietvaros tika noskaidroti alkoholatkarīgu sieviešu un sociālo darbinieku viedokļi par sociālo darbu ar alkoholatkarīgām sievietēm ģimenē. Darba beigās autors secinājis, ka ģimenēs, kur sieviete ir alkoholatkarīga, nav iespējama pilnvērtīga bērnu audzināšana un aprūpe. Šādās ģimenēs novērojama tāda parādība kā pārējo ģimenes locekļu līdzatkarība. Svarīgākie aspekti, veicot sociālo darbu alkoholatkarīgas sievietes ģimenē, ir panākt alkohola problēmas atzīšanu un motivēt alkoholatkarīgo ārstēties un mainīt savu dzīvi. Kā arī informēt un izglītot visu ģimeni par alkoholismu un līdzatkarību un sniegt profesionālu atbalstu. Darba izstrādes gaitā pētījuma mērķis tika sasniegts daļēji.

The theme of the diploma paper is “THE SOCIAL WORK WITH THE ALCOHOL SUBJECTED WOMEN IN THE FAMILY.” The aim of the paper is to analyse the influence of the usage of the alcohol in the family where the women is subjected to the above mentioned problem. It is being done in order to sum up the suggestions for the usage them in the family with the subjected women. The first part deals with the analyses of the alcohol subjected theme, the characteristics of it, the classification and the consequences made by them. The second part analyses the system of family and the role of a woman in it. At the same time the joint dependence as one of the subordinate notions is being paid attention to. The third part of the diploma paper deals with the theoretical specific social work with the women subjected to this problem. In the fourth part of the diploma paper author has done a qualitative investigation, where different viewpoints on the social work of the women subjected to the alcohol as well as those of social workers have been discussed. The author has come to the conclusion that in the families, where the women is subjected to using alcohol, it is quite impossible to carry out perfect children upbringing and taking care of them. In such families there is clearly felt joint dependence of all the family members. It is necessary in the above mentioned families to come to the acknowledgement of the problem and to motivate the necessity for curing as well as to change the life in the whole. The whole family should be educated about the problems as well as dependence and should get some professional support. The aim of the investigation was carried out partly.
