Informācijas tehnoloģiju ietekme bibliotekāra un lietotāja saskarsmes procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā pētīta informācijas tehnoloģiju ietekme uz lietotāja un bibliotekāra saskarsmes procesu. Pētījumā izvirzītā problēma vērsta uz saskarsmes procesa izmaiņām, izmantojot informācijas tehnoloģijas ikdienas darbā. Kādi ir pozitīvie un negatīvie aspekti jauno tehnoloģiju ienākšanai bibliotēkās. Kā veiksmīgāk veidot saskarsmi un kādiem psiholoģiskiem aspektiem jāpievērš uzmanība komunikācijā ar bibliotēkas lietotāju. Kā uzlabot lietotāja un bibliotekāra savstarpējās attiecības, lai veidotu pozitīvu, saskarsmi. Analizēti informācijas tehnoloģiju ietekmes pozitīvie un negatīvie aspekti bibliotekāra un lietotāja saskarsmē Latvijā. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka informācijas tehnoloģijas pozitīvi ietekmē lietotāja un bibliotekāra saskarsmes procesu.

Annontation The present Bachelor`s Paper is a study on information technologies (IT) impact on the user-librarian communication process. In this research main theme was directed on the librarian communication changes by using information techonologies. What are the positive and negative aspects of the information techonology coming to the libraries How to successfuly make contact with psihologic aspects. How to improve users and labrarians relationship. The Paper contains analysis of the positive and negative aspects of IT impact on the librarian-user communication in Latvia. Results display that the information technologies leave a positve influence on the users and librarians relation process.
