Jaunieši un laulība: motivācijas izpēte

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts jauniešu laulību motivācijas izpētei. Darba gaitā ir veiktas sešas intervijas ar jauniešiem vecumā posmā no 18 līdz 25 gadiem, kā arī viena ekspertintervija. Kā darba pamatteorijas izmantotas A. Maslova (A. Maslow), K. Alderfera (K.Alderfer) un H. Mareja (H. Murray) vajadzību teorijas. Darba pētījuma gaitā radās vairāki pētījuma pieņēmumi, no kuriem vairākums tika apstiprināti, bet daži – daļēji apstiprināti. Pētījuma pieņēmumi tika iztirzāti datu analīzes procesā. Pētījumā pielietotas padziļinātas, daļēji strukturētas intervijas, kā arī strukturētas e-pasta intervijas. Bakalaura darba mērķis - izpētīt 2007. gadā laulāto/precēto jauniešu, vecuma posmā no 18-25 gadiem, laulību motivācijas. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa ir veltīta tādu jēdzienu kā ģimene, laulības, motivācija, jaunieši interpretācijai, otrajā nodaļā veikta motivācijas teorētiskā analīze, trešā nodaļa ir pētījuma metodoloģijas apraksta atspoguļojums, savukārt ceturtās nodaļas ietvaros veikta jauniešu laulību motivācijas analīze. Darbam pievienoti trīs pielikumi.

Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika secināts, ka respondenti laulības motivācijā balstās tikai uz savām vēlmēm, vajadzībām un izjūtām, to pierāda fakts, ka laulību motivācijā būtiska nozīme ir iekšējiem motivāciju ietekmējošiem faktoriem. Laulību motivācijas ietver dažādu līmeņu vajadzību piepildījumu, kā rezultātā laulība atbilst visiem teorētiķu izdalītajiem motivācijas līmeņiem. Atšķirība ir tajā, ka skatot specifiski laulību motivācijas, tās tiek pakārtotas indivīda iekšējai pārliecībai, jūtām un laulības nozīmes izpratnei jeb balstītas uz indivīda personiskā svarīguma kategorijām.

Bachelor`s work is devoted to the research of youth marriage motivation. There were taken six interviews from youth in age from 18 to 25 years old, as well as one expert interview. As the main theories of the work was used A. Maslow`s, K. Alderfer`s and H. Murray`s theories of needs. There were created a number of assumptions of the research in the studying process. A couple of them were approved completely, but some – only partly. The assumptions of the research were discussed in the data analysing process. As the methods of research were used deep, semi-structured interviews and structured e-mail interviews. The goal of bachelor – to study the motivation of marriage of the youth in age from 18 to 25 married in 2007. Work consists of four chapters: 1st chapter is dedicated to the concept`s interpretation such as family, marriage, motivation, youth; 2nd chapter is dedicated to the motivation theories analysis; 3rd chapter reflects the research`s methodology, but within the framework of 4th chapter is analysed the youth marriage motivations. Work includes three additions.

Within the bachelor`s work was concluded that respondents in the motivation of marriage base on their own desires, needs and feelings. It`s proved by the fact that in the motivation of marriage there is an essential meaning of inner factors of marriage motivation affecting. The motivation of marriage includes fulfilment of needs of different levels, as a result marriage agree to all levels of motivation produced by theorist. Difference is in the fact that viewing specific motivations of marriage they are subordinated to the youth inner convictions, feelings and perception of marriage meaning. They base on the categories of individual importance.
