Sinodālais pārvaldes princips Latvijas evaņģēliski luteriskajā baznīcā 1948.-1984.gadā

Abstract

Promocijas darba “Sinodālais pārvaldes princips Latvijas evaņģēliski luteriskajā Baznīcā 1948.-1984. gadā” mērķis ir izpētīt sinodālā baznīcas pārvaldes principa ierobežošanas vēsturi un tā paplašināšanas mēģinājumus baznīcas vadības un pārvaldes sistēmā no 1948. gada līdz 1984. gadam. Autoritārās valsts centieni reducēt sinodālo pārvaldes principu baznīcā 20. gadsimta 30. gados un tās vadības uzskats par sinodālā pārvaldes modeļa pakārtotību episkopāli autoritārajam bija priekšnoteikums baznīcas sovjetizācijai un ar padomju reliģisko likumdošanu saskaņotas Satversmes pieņemšanai un tās akceptēšanai baznīcas sabiedrībā, kas atviegloja padomju režīmam izveidot un pārraudzīt baznīcas vadību pēc padomju varas pārvaldes sistēmas parauga. Promocijas darba rezultāti atspoguļo sinodālā pārvaldes principa ierobežošanas izraisītās izmaiņas baznīcas sinodāli episkopālā iekārtā padomju režīma laikā un mēģinājumus saglabāt un stiprināt baznīcas sinodalitāti un autonomiju. Promocijas darba izstrādē izmantotas vēsturiski ģenētiskā, vēsturiski salīdzinošā, struktūru sistēmas un biogrāfiskās intervijas metodes. Promocijas darba apjoms ir 298 lappuses un tas sastāv no septiņām nodaļām. Tā saturs papildināts ar 8 pielikumiem.

The aim of the doctorate work "Synodal Principle of the Management of Church Administration in the Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1948-1984" is to explore the history of restricting the Synodal Principle of the church management and the attempts to extend the presence of this principle within the church management and administration from 1948 until 1984. The attempts of the authoritarian state to reduce the the Synodal principle of church management during the 30ties of 20th century and the opinion of the church leadership subordinating this principle to the Episcopal authoritarian model were the prerequisites of the sovietization of the church and adopting Church Constitution which was aligned with Soviet legislation and its acceptance in the church circle. It made it easy for Soviet regime to create and oversee the Church leadership according to the pattern of Soviet government. The results of the doctorate work reflect the changes within the Episcopal church system caused by restricting the Synodal principle of church management during Soviet regime and the attempts to maintain and strengthen church autonomy and synodality. Historically genetic, comparative historical, systemic structural and biographical interview research methods have been used developing the doctorate work. The volume of doctorate work is 298 pages, it consists of seven chapters. There are 8 addendums to the work.
