Vecāku un skolotāju juridiskā kompetence pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Tēma: „Pirmsskolas skolotāja un bērnu vecāku juridiskā kompetence”. Darbs apjoms: 4 tabulas, 16 attēli, 59 literatūras vienības. Darba apjoms ir 59 lapas. Darba vadītāja – profsore, dr .paed E.Černova. Darba mērķis – izpētīt juridiskās kompetences teorētiskos aspektus un noteikt tās esamību pirmsskolas skolotājiem un bērnu vecākiem. Teorētiskajā daļā aplūkots kompetences jēdziens, tā būtība un struktūra analizētas pirmsskolas skolotāja un vecāku tiesības un pienākumi atbilstoši normatīvajiem aktiem(Erpenbeck, Andersone, Dombrovska, Čehlovs, Čehlova, Homiča, Garleja). Praktiskajā darba daļā analizēts bērnu vecāku un skolotāju juridiskās kompetences saturs Daugavpils X pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē, veikta datu apstrāde un rezultātu analīze. Darba nobeigumā ietverti galvenie secinājumi, kuri veidoti atbilstoši sākotnēji izvirzītajiem uzdevumiem un hipotēzei. Darbs izmantojams pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs kā palīgmateriāls gan pirmsskolas skolotājiem, gan arī bērnu vecākiem.

Research theme: "Pre-school teacher and parents in the legal competence". Research consists: 4 tables, 16 pictures, 59 bibliography sources. The volume of research is 59 pages. Research consultant –prof., dr.paed., E.Černova. The aim of the research: to study the theoretical aspects of legal competence and determine its existence for pre-school teachers and parents. The theoretical part of the research deals with the concept of competence, its nature and structure, analyzed preschool teacher and parental rights and obligations under the lawErpenbeck, Andersone, Dombrovska, Čehlovs, Čehlova, Homiča, Garleja). Practical part of the research deals with analysis of parents and teachers legal competence content in the X Daugavpils pre-school educational institution, data processing and analysis of results. The summary of the research includes the main conclusions, which are made according to the research objectives and hypothesis. The research is helpful for preschool institutions as supporting material for teachers and parents.
