Ambulatoro māsu pedagoģiskais darbs ar seniora vecuma pacientiem

Abstract

Pieaugot sakariem ar ekonomiski attīstītajām Eiropas Savienības valstīm, Amerikāņu Savienotajām Valstīm, Kanādu un Austrāliju, var redzēt kā atšķiras sadarbība starp pacientu un māsu. Iepazīstoties ar dažādām māsu teorijām var saprast, ka akcents māsu ikdienas darbībā ir pārcelts uz pacienta iemācīšanu, informācijas sniegšanu un patstāvīgu zināšanu izmantošanu pēc mācībām, pacientu veselības pastiprināšanu vai ilgstošu saglabāšanu un uzlabošanu nemainīgajā stāvoklī . Darba mērķis: pētīt ambulatoras māsas pedagoģisko darbību veselības saglabāšanai seniora vecuma pacientiem. Pirmajā darba daļā tika apskatīti dažādi aspekti, saistīti ar seniora vecuma pacientu medicīniskām, psiholoģiskām, pedagoģiskajām īpatnībām. Apskatīti vecāka gadagājuma cilvēku pedagoģiskās darbības problēmas, tika izdarīts zinātniskās, psiholoģiskās un pedagoģiskās literatūras apskats un analīze. Papildus tika izdarīta pedagoģiskās literatūras teorētiskā analīze. Lai īstenotu un sasniegtu pedagoģiskus mērķus savā darbā, māsai pašai jābūt izglītotai pedagoģiskajā jomā. Darba otrajā daļā tika atspoguļota sapratne par māsas pedagoģiskiem pienākumiem, nepieciešamību pētīt pacienta attieksmi pret apgūtām ar māsas palīdzību zināšanām un to izmantošanu saistībā ar veselības un saslimšanas stāvokļiem. Aprakstīti daži traucējošie faktori māsu pedagoģiskajā darbā. Darba trešajā daļā atspoguļota pētījuma norise: anketas izstrādāšanas un aprobācijas posmi, aptaujas jautājumu apkopojums un interpretācija, atbalsta materiāla izstrāde ambulatoro māsu pedagoģiskās darbības pilnveidei. Nobeigumā aprakstīti rezultāti un dota atbilde uz izvirzīto jautājumu. Maģistra darbam tika izmantoti 72 literatūras avoti, un viens, Eurostat, interneta avots.

Securing relationships with economically developed counties in European Union, USA, Canada and Australia, it can be seen how the cooperation between patient and nurse differ. After becoming acquainted with different nursing theories it can be understood that the accent in nurse’s daily work is transfered to educating a patient, providing him with information and independent use of knowledge after the teaching, patient’s health reinforcement or long-term preservation in a fixed position. The aim of the master’s degree work: study nurse’s educational job with senior patients. The first part of the work looks into different aspects related to senior patients’ medical, psychological and educational features. The educational problems of senior patients have been analyzed, the analysis of scientific, phychological and educational literature has been made. Also the theoretical analysis of educational literature has been made. A nurse has to be educated in order to implement and reach goals in her work. The second part of the work represents the understanding of nurse’s educational results. Understanding about nurse’s pedagogical duties creates a need to study patient’s attitude towards with nurse’s help learned knowledge and its usage in connection with health and disease states. Also some irritating factors in nurse’s educational job have been described. The third part of the work shows the research stages: the development and approbation of questionnaire; the summarizing of questions and their interpretation; the development of helping material for educational work of day nurses. In the conclusion part the results have been described and the answer to the master’s work question has been given. In the master’s work 72 literature sources and one Internet source have been used.
