Akadēmiskās pašefektivitātes saistība ar stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijām vecāko klašu skolēniem

Abstract

Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot kāda ir saistība starp pašefektivitāti un stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijām vecāko klašu skolēniem. Pētījumā piedalījās 90 vidusskolas pēdējo klašu skolēni no sešām dažādām klasēm ar atbilstošu dzimuma sadalījumu – 55 jaunietes un 35 jaunieši vecumā no 17-19 gadiem. Pētījumā tika izmantota Bērnu savas pašefektivitātes uztveres aptauja (Children’s Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale, Bandura, 2006) un Stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju aptauja (Strategic Approach to Coping Scale,Hobfoll,1998). Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīga pozitīva saistība starp pašefektivitāti un uz problēmām orientētu kā arī uz emocijām orientētu stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīga negatīva saistība starp pašefektivitāti un izvairīšanās stratēģiju.

The aim to the study was to determine whether the self-efficacy is associated with coping strategies. The study included 90 last class secondary school students from 6 different classes – 55 adolescent girl and 35 adolescent boy aged ranged from 17 to 19 years. The study used Children's Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale ( Bandura, 2006) and Strategic Approach to Coping Scale (Hobfoll, 1998). Research shows that there are statistically significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and problem focused and emotion focused strategies. Research shows that there are statistically significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and avoidance strategies.
