Operētājsistēmu interaktīva instalācija no interneta

Abstract

Mūsdienās operētājsistēmu izplatīšanai tiek izmantots iekšējais tīkls, kas atrodas uzņēmuma iekšienē. Piekļuvei ir nepieciešamas atbilstošas tiesības un tehniskās zināšanas, kas ne visiem piemīt. Darba mērķis ir apvienojot Windows un Linux tehnoloģijas izstrādāt metodoloģiju, kas ļautu gala lietotājam bez tehniskām zināšanām veikt operētājsistēmu instalēšanu no interneta. Darbā izpētīti operētājsistēmu izplatīšanai, industrijā, plaši izmantojamie risinājumi, to metodes, uzbūve, darbība un veikta to salīdzinoša analīze. Praktiskajā daļā tika izstrādāti vairāki skripti instalācijas procesa automatizēšanai un izveidotas instalācijas pakotnes, lietotāja turpmāka darba atvieglošanai, atbilstoši izvēlētiem kritērijiem un izmantotai pieejai.

Nowadays corporate local network is being used for the deployment of operating systems. Both special access permissions and technical skills are required in order to apply this deployment method, thus limiting its user range to IT professionals. The main goal of the thesis is to combine both Windows and Linux technologies in order to develop a methodology that would allow an end user without specific technical skills to install operating systems from the internet. In this paper author researches industry’s most popular operating system deployment solutions, their methods, design and functionality and makes a comparative analysis. A broad range of scripts and installation packages for the automation of operating system installation process have been developed in the practical part of this work in order to simplify operating system installation process for the end user, according to the chosen criteria and used approach.
