The theme of the author’s master’s is “Usage of WebService Standards in System Integration”.
Many companies work with big developed systems in which they do not want to implement large changes and system integrations with other systems. Therefore, in order to offer services to the customers, for example, to gain data in various forms from different systems, the other options to broaden the functionality are being searched for.
The aim of the research: to examine the application servers and their development studio, so that the software developer would have an option to select an appropriate application server and development studio in accordance with the particular requirements.
The master’s paper contains a summarized information on the existing application servers, which are currently available to users. In his master’s paper, the author of the research has shown how to develop a new system, as well as he has demonstrated the options which are being provided by the actually existing and operating system that had been developed by the author himself.
