| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darbā „Projekts: Storu melno ikru ražošanas uzņēmuma SIA „Sturgeon’s Pearl” dibināšana” tiek izstrādāts unikāls biznesa plāns jauna uzņēmuma dibināšanai, ar mērķi izveidot zivju fermas kompleksu ar pilnu tehnisko aprīkojumu ekoloģiski tīras produkcijas – stores melno ikru ražošanai un realizācijai Latvijas Republikas teritorijā. Plānots izmantot jaunāko ikru iegūšanas metodi, nenogalinot zivi, kas ļauj iegūt ikrus vairākas reizes no vienas stores un padarīt ražošanu daudz efektīvāku, bet produkta kvalitāti daudz augstāku. Storu audzēšanas procesa uzsākšana ir laikietilpīga procedūra, tāpēc plānots audzēt un pārdod dzīvo foreli kā papildus produkciju pirmo četru gadu laikā, kamēr sāks parādīties peļņa no stores audzēšanas.
Akvakultūras ražošana ar tradicionālo zivju audzēšanas metožu palīdzību kopumā var negatīvi ietekmēt vidi. Dibināmais uzņēmums plāno ieviest jaunākās recirkulācijas metodes, kuras šobrīd ir ļoti aktuālas, jo nodrošina jau tūlītējas priekšrocības, tādas kā minimālā ietekme uz vidi un izmaksu efektivitātes paaugstināšana. Kad dabiskie zivju resursi samazinās, akvakultūras loma kļūst arvien svarīgāka, jo tiek uzskatīta kā alternatīvs zivju ieguves avots, un parādās iespēja atjaunot dabiskos resursus. Jaundibināmais uzņēmums SIA „Sturgeon’s Pearl” izmantos videi draudzīgu un humānu melno storu ikru iegūšanas metodi, kura dod iespēju vairākas reizes dabūt produktu, nenogalinot zivi. Autore uzskata, ka mūsdienās tas ir ļoti nopietns un tiešām aktuāls faktors. Tāda metode ļauj uzņēmumam ražot melnos ikrus daudz efektīvāk un palielināt produkta vērtību un kvalitāti, jo var izdabūt ikrus nepieciešamajā pagatavošanās stadijā.
Projekta mērķis ir izveidot zivju fermas kompleksu ar pilnu tehnisko aprīkojumu ekoloģiski tīras produkcijas – stores melno ikru ražošanai ne vairāk ka 4 gadu laikā, iekļaujoties 380 000,00 EUR, un produkcijas realizācijas uzsākšana Latvijas Republikas teritorijā.
Jaundibināmais uzņēmums SIA „Sturgeon’s Pearl”, kura plānotā atrašanas vieta ir Cēsu rajonā, projekta īstenošanas pirmo četru gadu laikā piedāvās varavīksnes foreļu gaļu, bet pēc tam, kad pienāks laiks, unikālo produktu - krievu storu melnos ikrus un gaļu. Projekta īstenošanas laiks ir 1 290 kalendārās dienas no 2015. gada 1. jūlija līdz 2019. gada 10. janvārim. Tāds ilgs projekta īstenošanas laika periods tiek paredzēts, lai jaundibināmais uzņēmums varētu ne tikai uzsākt savu darbību akvakultūras nozarē, bet arī dabūt mērķa produktu, kas, savukārt, nozīmēs veiksmīgu projekta noslēgumu. Līdz ar to, uzņēmuma darbība tiks uzsākta jau 2015. gada jūlijā, bet projekta noslēgums, kad tiek dabūts mērķa produkts – storu melnie ikri, plānots 2019. gada 10. janvārī.
Lai izvēlētos piemērotāko dibināmā uzņēmuma „Sturgeon’s Pearl” juridisko formu, autore izpētīja dažus variantus un secināja, ka sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību būs vispiemērotākais variants. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the Master thesis “Project: Producing company of sturgeon black caviar LLC “Sturgeon’s Pearl” establishing” there is worked out unique business plan for new company establishing, with the main target to develop fish farm complex with full technical equipment to produce and implement in the Latvia of producing ecologically clear production – sturgeon’s black caviar. It is planned to use latest methods of caviar producing without fish massacre, what makes possible to get caviar from one sturgeon more than one time and to rise up producing efficiency, but product quality – higher. Start of the sturgeons breeding process is time – consuming procedure, so there are plans to breed and realize (sell) alive sturgeons as additional product for first four years, as long as there will be profit from sturgeons breeding.
Producing of aqua-culture in line with traditional methods of fish breeding could have negative impact on environment. Established Company is planning to introduce the newest methods of recirculation which nowadays are very actual due to insuring momentary advantages – minimal negative impact on environment and rising costs efficiency. When there is fixed decreasing of natural fish resources, the role of the aqua-culture gets more crucial due to it’s alternative way of fish resources. As well there is possibility to renew natural fish resources. Newly established LLC “Sturgeon’s Pearl” will use environment friendly and human method of producing of black caviar of sturgeon. It gives possibility to get the product more than once without fish massacre. By the author nowadays it is really actual and serious factor. Method like this gives possibility for the company to produce black caviar in more efficient way and to increase quality and the value of the product due to possibility to get caviar in the best stage for the cultivation.
Project target is to develop fish farm complex with full technical equipment to produce and implement in the Latvia of producing ecologically clear production – sturgeons black caviar not more than in four years as well as by fitting in 380 000,00 EUR budget.
In the first four years of the project of newly established company LLC “Sturgeon’s Pearl”, which planned location is in Cesu region, there will be also an offer of rainbow trout meat, but after that, when there will be the right time – unique product – Russian sturgeon black caviar and also the meat. So – project realization time is 1290 calendar days – starting from 1st July of the year 2015 till 10th of the January, year 2019. Such a long project realization period is based on fact, that there is needed a long time not only to start up operations in aqua-culture industry but also to get the target product – caviar. So – the target product first collection will mean a successful project ending. So the beginning of the company’s operations are set on July of year 2015, but the end of the project on the January of year 2019. | en_US |
