Kopfinansējums kā mūsdienīgs finanšu instruments
Abstract
Kopfinansēšana (crowdfunding) ir finansēšanas veids, kurš uzrāda strauji pieaugošus apjomus pasaulē, bet Latvijā tā ir maz pazīstama un pētīta.
Darbā pētīts kopfinansējums kā finanšu instruments un tā izmantošanas iespējas, lai izstrādātu priekšlikumus šī finansēšanas veida attīstībai Latvijā.
Darba uzdevumi:
1) izpētīt finansēšanas teorētiskos aspektus;
2) raksturot kopfinansējuma vēsturisko attīstību, izmantošanas pieredzi
pasaulē un Latvijā, būtību un metodes;
3) analizēt kopfinansējuma izmantošanas iespējas, balstoties uz
iedzīvotāju un uzņēmēju aptaujas rezultātiem, kā arī kopfinansējuma platformu
darbības problēmas Latvijā, balstoties uz konkrētu organizāciju pieredzes izpēti. Pētījumā secināts, ka Latvijas iedzīvotājiem un uzņēmējiem ir vājas zināšanas par kopfinansēšanu un tās izmantošanas iespējām. Izvērtējot pētījuma rezultātus, izstrādāti priekšlikumi šī
finansēšanas veida attīstībai Latvijā. Crowdfunding is a form of funding that demonstrates sharp progress increase in the world, but has been little known and studied in Latvia.
The paper studies the crowdfunding as a financial tool and its application possibilities in order to prepare proposals for the development of this form of funding in Latvia.
Tasks of the paper:
1) to study the theoretical aspects of the funding;
2) describe the historical development of the crowdfunding, its application experience
in the world and Latvia, the essence and the methods;
3) analyze the possibilities of crowdfunding application, basing on the results of a
questionnaire carried out among inhabitants and entrepreneurs, as well as the operation problems of crowdfunding platforms in Latvia, basing on the case-study of the experience of particular organisations.
The study concludes that the inhabitants and the entrepreneurs in Latvia have little knowledge on crowdfunding and its application possibilities. On the basis of the study result evaluation, the proposals for the development of this form of funding in Latvia have been elaborated.
