Komercbanku kredīta tirgus analīze

Abstract

Mūsdienās tirgus ekonomika nav iedomājama bez plašām kredītsaistībām. Šobrīd pēc finanšu krīzes, kas norisinājās visā pasaulē, vārds „kredīts”, ir ļoti aktuāls. Lai stimulētu ekonomisko izaugsmi, ir jādomā par to, kā risināt problēmas, kas saistītas ar kredītu pieejamību iedzīvotājiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas kredīta tirgus tendences, izdarīt secinājumus un izteikt priekšlikumus bankām un valdībai kreditēšanas uzlabošanai valstī. Mērķa sasniegšanai ir jāveic uzdevumi, kas ir saistīti ar kredīta tirgus izpēti, jānoskaidro kredīta funkcijas, kreditēšanas pamatprincipi, kredīta un nodrošinājuma veidi. Jāizpēta kopējā situācija komercbanku kredītu izsniegšanā, kādas ir kredītportfeļu tendences, salīdzinot pirmskrīzes gadus līdz pat 2014. gada beigām. Uz analīzes pamata jāizsaka priekšlikumi gan bankām, gan valdībai, kā varētu uzlabot kreditēšanas situāciju valstī. Pēc FKTK sniegtās informācijas analizēšanas par komercbanku kreditēšanas kopējo situāciju ir acīmredzami, tas, ka situācija ir jāuzlabo, jo pēc krīzes kreditēšanas tendences nav pozitīvas, līdz ar to tiek arī bremzēta straujāka ekonomiskā izaugsme. Lai iegūtu vēlamo rezultātu, valdība pieņēmusi grozījumus maksātnespējas likumā, kas saistīts ar „nolikto atslēgu” principu un izveidojusi atbalsta programmu jaunajām ģimenēm ar bērniem pirmā mājokļa iegādei.

Nowadays, the market economy can not be imagined without extensive credit. Now, after the financial crisis, which took place around the world, the word „credit” is very topical. To stimulate economic growth, people need to think about how to solve the problems associated with access to credit for citizens. Bachelor thesis aims to explore Latvian credit market trends, draw conclusions and make proposals to the banks and the government to improve the lending in our country. Achieve that objective have to carry out tasks that are related to credit market research to ascertain the credit function, the basic principles of lending, credit and collateral types. Should explore the overall situation in the commercial bank lending, what are the trends in loan portfolio, compared to pre-crisis years up to the end of 2014. On the basis of the analysis make proposals for both - banks and the government, how could improve the credit situation in the country. After analyzing the information provided by the FKTK on commercial bank lending overall situation it is obvious that the situation has should be improved since the crisis lending trends are not positive, so that faster economic growth is also braked. In order to obtain the desired results, the government adopted amendments to the insolvency law relating to "prescribed key" principle and set up a support program for young families with children for their first home purchase.
