Uzņēmējdarbības procesu izpēte un analīze SIA "AGNI".

Abstract

Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijas atziņām par uzņēmuma darbību, tā iekšējās un ārējās vides faktoriem un finanšu rādītāju raksturojumu, izpētīt uzņēmuma SIA „AGNI” darbības procesu efektivitāti un sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma efektīgākai darbībai. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba izvirzīto mērķi, ir vekti sekojoši uzdevumi: • izpētītas mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu nozaru attīstības tendences; • analizēti un pamatoti uzņēmuma iekšējās un ārējās vides aspekti; • izpētīti uzņēmuma iekšējās un ārējas vides elementi; •izpētīti uzņēmuma finanšu darbības rādītāji; • izvirzīti priekšlikumi tālākai uzņēmuma attīstībai; • izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā darba autors balstoties uz teoriju, apskata uzņēmuma iekšējās un ārējās vides aspektus. Apraksta uzņēmējdarbības vidi un noskaidro mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu nozaru attīstības tendences. Darba otrajā nodaļā darba autors apraksta uzņēmuma misiju un mērķus, uzskaita uzņēmuma darbības virzienus un uzņēmuma darbību reglamentējošos normatīvos aktus, novērtē uzņēmuma darbību, balstoties uz SVID analīzes rezultātiem. Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek izpētīti uzņēmuma iekšējās vides elementi un izanalizēti uzņēmuma finanšu darbības rādītāji, lai novērtētu uzņēmuma darbības efektivitāti. Darba ceturtajā nodaļā autors izpēta un apraksta uzņēmuma ārējo vidi un tās elementus, lai noskaidrotu uzņēmuma darbību ietekmējošos ārējos faktorus. Piektajā nodaļā izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma efektīvīgākai darbībai. Darba izstrādē tika izmantotas ekonomiskās analīzes metodes, piemēram, zinātniskās literatūras analīze, SVID analīze, aprakstošās, kā arī statistiskās pētījuma metodes. Darba svarīgākie avoti bija speciālā ekonomiskā literatūra, interneta resursi un uzņēmuma SIA „AGNI” dati. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 84 lappusēm, tajā iekļauti 17 attēli, 7 tabulas un 33 literaturas avoti. Pievienoti 2 pielikumi. Atslēgas vārdi: ārējā vide, iekšējā vide, tirdzniecība, SVID analīze, finanšu analīze, efektivitātes uzlabošana.

The objective of this bachelor's work is to analyze SIA „AGNI” process efficiency and to bring proposals for the effective operation of the company as based on the theory of knowledge about the companies, its internal and external environmental factors and financial indicators. To reach the objective following tasks were put forward: • to explore small and medium-sized enterprises and sectoral development trends; • to analyse and justify company ’ s internal and external environmental aspects; • to examine company ’ s internal and external environmental factors; • to examine company ’ s financial performance indicators; • to give further proposals for the development of the company; • to make conclusions and proposals. Work consists of five sections. The first chapter deals with the theory of the internal and external environment of the company. There business environment for small and medium-sized enterprises and sectoral development trends are given, also. In the second chapter author characterizes company's mission, objectives for the action and the regulatory enactments regulating the activities of company, activities of the company as based on SWOT analysis results. In the third chapter author discusses the company's internal environmental elements and analyses company's financial performance indicators in order to assess the efficiency of business operations. The fourth chapter is the study of external environment to find the most significabt external factors affecting the company's operations. The fifth chapter has proposals outlined for for action. In the work economic analysis method was used as analysis of the scientific literature, SWOT analysis, descriptive and statistical study methods. The most important sources of work was special economic literature, Internet resources and company SIA „AGNI” data. The work consists of 84 pages, it includes 17 pictures, 7 tables and 33 literature sources. 2 attachments were added.
