Saimnieciskās darbības izvērtēšana SIA „ZAAO”

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Saimnieciskās darbības izvērtēšana SIA „ZAAO””. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un novērtēt SIA „ZAAO” saimnieciskās darbības rezultātus un finansiālo stāvokli un, pamatojoties uz veiktā pētījuma rezultātiem izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma vadībai saimnieciskās darbības pilnveidošanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā pētīts teorētiskais raksturojums, lai gūtu ieskatu par darbā izmantotajiem rādītājiem. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkots saimnieciskās darbības un tirgus analīze, lai izprastu uzņēmuma darbības virzienu. Trešā nodaļa sastāv no praktiskās daļas, kur tiek veikta rādītāju analīze un interpretācija, pēc rezultātiem tiek izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 82 lappuses, 4 pielikumi. Tas satur 18 tabulu, 3 attēli un 33 formulas. Diplomdarbā tiek izmantoti 24 informācijas avoti.

The topic of the diploma thesis is „Evaluation of business activities in „ZAAO” Ltd”. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate business activities and financial situation of „ZAAO” Ltd and, based on the conducted research, to develop proposals for the company’s management aimed at improving its business activities. The thesis consists of three chapters. First chapter provides theoretical background in order to gain an overview of main indicators used throughout the paper. Second chapter is devoted to the financial analysis of company’s business activities and gives an overview of the waste sector in Latvia, which helps in better understanding the market company operates in. Third chapter includes the practical analyses of company’s financial reports and main indicators, which leads to conclusions and recommendations. The thesis paper consists of 82 pages and 4 annexes. It contains 18 charts, 2 images and 33 formulas. 24 information sources have been used for preparing the paper.
