Iedzīvotāju ienākumu nodoklis

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodoklis. Bakalaura darbā tiek analizēts iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodoklis gan Latvijā, gan citās valstīs, salīdzināts ar citām Baltijas valstīm. Darba pirmajā daļā tiek izpētīta teorija par iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokli, neapliekamiem un apliekamiem ienākumiem, tā maksātājiem. Tas tiek salīdzinās ne tikai ar citām Baltijas valstīm. Otrajā daļā tiek analizēta iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa ieņēmumu, nodokļu atvieglojumu, atlaižu, parādu statistika, kā arī statistika par saimnieciskās darbības veicējiem. Savukārt trešajā daļā tiek izanalizēta nodokļu administrēšanas pilnveidošana. Darba noslēgumā ir formulēti 15 secinājumi un izvirzīti 4 priekšlikumi. Tas sastāv no 6 tabulām, 17 attēliem un 4 pielikumiem. Kopumā bakalaura darba apjoms ir 60 lapaspuses.

The subject of the bachelor paper is Personal income tax. The tax rate are analysed in the Latvia and other countries and compared with income tax in the Baltic States. The first part of the paper is devoted to the theory about income which is imposed by tax and income which is not imposed by tax. The tax payers and the tax rate are studied and compared with income tax in the Baltic States and other countries. The personal income tax, a tax relief, allowances, the statistic of debts and the statistic about commercial activity are researched in the second part of the work. The third part of the work analyses how to improve the administration of taxes. 15 conclusions are made and 4 suggestions are given at the end of the work. The bachelor paper consits of 60 pages. 6 tables, 17 pictures and 4 appendixes are included.
