Abstract

Bakalaura darbu „Biznesa procesu reinženieringa metodoloģija uzņēmumā Balt Wood Enterprise OU” ir izstrādājusi Lelde Pētersone, darba vadītāja – asociētā profesore I.Vilka. Darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz veiktajiem pētījumiem par to, kādas metodes var pielietot biznesa procesu reinženieringa (BPR) īstenošanā un ar kādiem negatīviem, pozitīviem priekšnosacījumiem uzņēmums var saskarties, noteikt BPR piemērotību uzņēmumam Balt Wood Enterprise OU. Teorētiskajā darba daļā autore apskata BPR raksturojumu, BPR metodes, pieejas un to integrēšanā uzņēmumā, kā arī BPR īstenošanas pozitīvos un negatīvos priekšnosacījumus. Praktiskajā daļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma Balt Wood Enterprise OU un tā procesu izpēte, noteiktas nepilnības un to ietekmējošie faktori. Nodaļā tiek apskatīta BPR piemērotība uzņēmumam. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā tiek apkopoti secinājumi par BPR un tā atbilstību Balt Wood Enterprise OU. Autore sniedz priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darbības attīstībai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 67 lappuses. Darbā iekļautas 5 tabulas.

Bachelor thesis “Methodology of business processes reengineering in the company Balt Wood Enterprise OU” are written by Lelde Pētersone, the superior - associate professor I. Vilka. The aim of thesis is, on the basis of studies carried out about possible methodology of implementation of business process reengineering (BPR) and about positive, negative preconditions that company may face, to determine BPR suitability for the company Balt Wood Enterprise OU. In the theoretical part an author views characteristics of BPR, BPR methods, approaches and the integration of them within the business as well as positive and negative preconditions of BPR implementation. In the practical part is performed a study about the company Balt Wood Enterprise OU, described processes, identified deficiencies and factors that impact it. In the chapter there is viewed the suitability of BPR for the company. In the last part of bachelor thesis the conclusions about BPR and about BPR conformity with Balt Wood Enterprise are collected. The author gives proposals for the development of the company. The volume of bachelor thesis is 67 pages. There are 5 tables included in thesis.
