The aim of the Master Thesis is to determine legal framework problems of engineering structure construction process, providing the possible solution for the situation. The research has lead to a conclusion that in certain circumstances a private individual can install a power supply object within the red lines of someone's land without coordinating with the owner and the power supply merchant cannot refer to the legitimate exception principle if there is a claim about the renewal of the challenge or appeal of building permit term and if the duty of informing the community has not been observed.
The Master Thesis examines both the practice of the Supreme Court and the Administrative district/municipal court, as well administrative regional court regarding the legal framework of the engineering structures, giving special consideration to the construction of power supply objects.
Keywords: construction, engineering structure, power supply object, duty of informing the community
