Brīvības atņemšanas soda izpilde nepilngadīgajiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats „Brīvības atņemšanas soda izpilde nepilngadīgajiem” ir aktuāls, jo mūsdienās nepilngadīgo noziedzība vēl aizvien rada lielas problēmas, lai gan laika gaitā tā ir samazinājusies. Lai uzlabotu pastāvošo situāciju valstī, autore analizē un pēta brīvības atņemšanas soda izpildi nepilngadīgajiem, vairāk vēršot uzmanību uz resocializācijas procesu ieslodzījuma vietās, kas ir būtisks nepilngadīgo noziedzības novēršanā. Autore pētījuma ietvaros sniedz ieteikumus situācijas uzlabošanai. Darba autore, izpētot brīvības atņemšanas soda izpildi nepilngadīgajiem, raksturo nepilngadīgo, iestādes, kur nepilngadīgie izcieš brīvības atņemšanas sodu, pēta gan Latvijā, gan ārvalstīs pastāvošo normatīvo regulējumu attiecībā uz brīvības atņemšanas soda izpildi nepilngadīgajiem. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētītas praksē pastāvošās problēmas ar brīvības atņemšanas soda izpildi nepilngadīgajiem, analizēts resocializācijas process audzināšanas iestādē nepilngadīgajiem, kā arī pētīti un analizēti veiktie grozījumi normatīvajos aktos un sniegti ieteikumi prakses uzlabošanai un problēmu novēršanai.

The topic of this bachelor diploma thesis is „Enforcement of custodial sentence for minors”. It is actual because in modern times the crimes commited by minors are creating bigger problems even if their amount has been declining. To improve the situation in the country the author of the thesis researches and analyses the custodial sentences for minors paying most of the attention to the re-socialization process at the place of detention. It is essential for the prevention of crimes commited by minors. The author provides sugestions for the improvement of the situation. The author of the thesis while researching the custodial sentences of minors describes the institutions where minors serve their sentences. Author explores the regulatory framework in Latvia and other countries that is used for the enforcements of the sentences of minors. In the thesis practical problems existing in the system are described, the process of resocialization in custodial institutions for minors is analysed. Also recent changes in the legal regulatory framework are researched and suggestions are made to improve the process and prevent difficulties.
