Farmācijas biznesa ietekme uz cilvēktiesībām

Abstract

Farmācijas nozares būtība ir ražot medikamentus, kurus piegādāt slimniekiem. Slimības ir nebeidzamas, jo atklājot vienas slimības cēloņus, parādās citi. Nav noslēpums, ka medikamenti izmaksā lielas summas gan ražotajiem, gan reizēm to patērētājiem. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt farmāciju kā biznesu un vai tas ir bizness tāpēc, ka medikamentus ražošana notiek komerciālā vidē. Vai arī tāpēc, ka lielos naudas līdzekļus iegūst uz cilvēku veselības rēķina, ignorējot cilvēktiesības. Pētījuma uzdevums ir analīze par farmācija kā biznesu, aplūkojot arī cilvēktiesības, kuras var tikt skartas šajā biznesā. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām, iekļaujot jēdzienu analīzi par pētījuma galvenajiem objektiem, farmācijas kā biznesa analīzi ar normatīvo aktu palīdzību, medikamentu nozīmes un farmācijas un cilvēktiesību mijiedarbības skaidrošanu.

The idea of the pharmaceutical industry is to produce drugs for the patients. Diseases are endless, because revealing one cause of disease appears the other. It is not a secret that medication entail large investments for the producers and are costly for consumers. The study aims to analyze the pharmaceutical business as a business and find answers if it is such because of the production of medications takes a place in a commercial environment. Or pharmaceuticals is a business acquiring the large funds on account of human health, by ignoring human rights. Study is an analysis of the pharmaceutical industry as a business, also looking at the human rights that may be affected by such a business. The study consists of four chapters, including an analysis of the main concepts related to the study, analysis of a pharmacy business from the perspective of normative acts, including explanation of the role of the pharmaceuticals in the interaction with human rights.
