Nepilngadīgo likumparkāpēju noziedzīgu nodarījumu recidīvs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpēju noziedzīgu nodarījumu recidīvs”. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tiek pētītas, analizētas un apskatītas uzreiz divas nozīmīgas problēmas – nepilngadīgo izdarītie noziedzīgie nodarījumi un recidīvā parādība. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpumu un recidīva mērķus un iemeslus, to saistību. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīti nepilngadīgo noziedzīgie nodarījumi, tiek noskaidrots nepilngadīgā jēdziens, nepilngadīgo noziedzīgu nodarījumu iemesli, motīvi un to saistība ar deviantās uzvedības formām, kā arī notiek iepazīšanās ar nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpumu tendencēm. Otrajā nodaļā uzsvars tiek likts uz noziedzīga nodarījuma daudzejādības veidu – recidīvu. Tiek pētīta un analizēta recidīva būtība, tā veidi un iemesli. Trešā nodaļa tiek veltīta tiesu prakses izpētei, galveno uzmanību veltot tiesas spriedumos sniegtajām personu raksturojošajām ziņām. Ceturtā nodaļā tiek pētīti recidīvās noziedzības novēršanas priekšlikumi. Pētījuma rezultātā tiek identificēti galvenie iemesli nepilngadīgo izdarītajiem noziedzīgajiem nodarījumiem un recidīvam, savstarpējā saistība. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 50. lapaspuses, izmantoti 57 avoti.

Bachelor thesis is : "Juvenile offenders in criminal relapse." Bachelor's part of the job is being studied, analyzed and dealt with immediately two major problems - juvenile offenses committed and the recidivist phenomenon. The study aim is to find out the juvenile delinquency and recidivism goals, reasons and their connection. Bachelor consists of four chapters. The first chapter examines the juvenile offenses, concept of the juvenile, the juvenile criminal reasons, motives and their relation to deviant forms of behavior, and acquaintance with juvenile delinquency trends. In the second chapter the focus is on the offense multiplicity type – recidivism. It is studied and analyzed recidivisms essence, its types and causes. The third chapter is devoted to the study of court practice, focusing on court judgments where is given information characterizing a person. The fourth chapter examines the recidivism crime prevention proposals. Result of the study are to identified the main causes of juvenile offenses committed and recidivism correlation with it. Bachelor work consists of 50 pages, using 57 sources.
