Bakalaura darba nosaukums: Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstu intereses Eiropas Kosmosa politikas īstenošanā.
Bakalaura darba pētījuma problēma ir ES dalībvalstu nacionālo interešu definēšana to kosmosa stratēģijās un harmonizācija Eiropas Kosmosa politikas īstenošanā. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt ES dalībvalstu intereses Eiropas kosmosa politikas īstenošanā. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tiek izvirzīta hipotēze - ekonomiskās intereses dominē pār politiskajām interesēm Eiropas Kosmosa politikas īstenošanā. Pētījuma teorētisko pieeju veido starpvaldību teorijas un liberālās starpvaldību teorijas pamatpieņēmumi. Bakalaura darbā tiek veikta ES dalībvalstu nacionālo kosmosa politikas stratēģiju kontentanalīze. Kā pētniecības stratēģija tiek izmantota gadījumu analīze. Rezultātā tiek secināts, ka interešu dominanci ietekmē valsts izdevumu apjoms kosmosa nozarē. The title of the thesis is “The Interests of the European Union member states in implementation of the European Space Policy”.
Research problem is the following – definition of national interests of the EU member states in space policy strategies and harmonization in implementation of the European Space Policy. The aim of the present research is to study the interests of the EU member states in implementation of the European Space Policy. The hypothesis is the following: economic interests predominate over political interests in implementation of the European Space Policy. The theoretical part is based on the main consumptions of intergovernmentalism and liberal intergovernmentalism. The content analysis of national space policy strategies is used as a research method; the case study is used as research strategy. Consequently, the conclusion is that domination of interests is impacted by space expenditure.
