Programmas "Līderis manī" kā sociālas inovācijas ieviešanas process un rezultāti

Abstract

. Darba mērķis ir veikt Rīgas Juglas vidusskolā īstenotās programmas “Līderis Manī” kā sociālas inovācijas ieviešanas procesa un rezultātu novērtējumu, analizējot programmas novitāti, tās pieņemšanas principus un apmērus, pieņemšanu veicinošos faktorus un šķēršļus, kā arī tās ietekmi uz skolu. Pētījuma teorētisko ietvaru veido sociālo inovāciju pieņemšanas teorijas, kā arī sociālās mācīšanās teorijas koncepti. Darbs īstenots kā programmas novērtējuma pētījums, izmantojot jaukto metožu pētījuma stratēģiju, un tā ietvaros veicot padziļinātas daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar programmas īstenošanā iesaistītajām pusēm, kā arī skolas pedagogu aptauju. Pētījumā tika secināts, ka programma “Līderis Manī” ir uzskatāma par inkrementālu sociālu inovāciju, kura sniedz pozitīvu ietekmi uz skolas kultūru, tādējādi veicinot skolas kopienas spējināšanu.

.The purpose of the Master's thesis is to conduct evaluation of results and process of program "The Leader in Me" implementation as a social innovation in Riga Jugla Secondary School, analysing the program "The Leader in Me" novelty, its adoption principles and the extent of adoption, drivers and barriers of program adoption, as well as its impact on the school. The theoretical framework of the research is provided by social innovation adoption theories and social learning theory concepts. Master Thesis it conducted as a program evaluation study using mixed methods research strategy while empirical data were gathered by means of quantitative survey with school teachers and by conducting semi-structured interviews with stakeholders. Author comes to a conclusion that the program “The Leader in Me” is the incremental social innovation, providing a positive impact on school culture, thus contributing empowerment of school community.
