Personāla motivācija Latvijas Nacionālajā bibliotēkā

Abstract

Personāla motivācija ir viens no cilvēkresursu vadīšanas aspektiem. Cilvēkresursu vadīšanas jautājumi ir nozīmīgi ne tikai privātajā sektorā, bet arī valsts pārraudzībā esošajās institūcijās. Lai Latvijas Nacionālā bibliotēka spētu funkcionēt un sasniegt savus izvirzītos mērķus, liela nozīme ir darbinieku motivācijai un visu līmeņu vadītāju kompetencei un prasmei efektīvi vadīt savu komandu. Pētījuma mērķis ir identificēt darba motivāciju ietekmējošos faktorus Latvijas Nacionālās bibliotēkas personālam un izpētīt motivatoru atšķirības dažādās darbinieku grupās. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka Latvijas Nacionālajā bibliotēkā, pielietojot cilvēkresursu vadīšanas un līderības metodes, tiek sekmēta dažādu motivatoru pielietošana un darbinieku vajadzību nodrošināšana.

Employee motivation is one of the aspects of human resource management. Human resource management issues are important not only in the private sector, but also in the government dependent institutions. Employee motivation and all level manager competence and the ability to effectively manage their team, these factors are very important for National Library of Latvia to be able to function and achieve their set goals. The research aim is to identify factors influencing the motivation of the National Library of Latvia employees and to research motivator differences between different employee groups. The research results show that the National Library of Latvia using the human resource management and leadership methods facilitates the application of different motivators and providing of employees needs.
