Bakalaura darba tēma „Slimību profilakses un kontroles centra komunikācija sociālajos tīklos”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kāda ir šī brīža „Slimību profilakses un kontroles centra” komunikācija sociālajos tīklos, un izvirzīt priekšlikumus kā to var uzlabot turpmāk.
Bakalaura darba pirmajā daļā tika apskatīti sociālie tīkli kā daļa no mārketinga komunikācijas, kā arī sociālie tīkli kā daļa no interneta reklāmas. Detalizētāk tika apskatīta komunikācija sociālajos tīklos, kā arī populārākie sociālie tīkli, tādi kā Facebook un Twitter.
Pētījuma daļā tika izmantotas kvalitatīvās un kvantitatīvās pētīšanas metodes. Kā kvalitatīvā pētīšanas metode tika izmantota intervija ar SPKC darbiniekiem. Kā kvantitatīvā pētīšanas metode tika izmatota aptauja Facebook un Twitter sekotāju vidū. Balstoties uz iegūtajiem datiem, izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi SPKC komunikācijas nodaļai. The theme of the thesis is „The Centre for Disease Prevention and Control communication in social networks”. The aim of the work is find out what is the current CDPC’s communication in social media and make proposals for how it can be improved in the future.
In the theoretical part the viewpoints about social media communication as a part of marketing communication, also social media as part of Internet advertising. Communication methods in social media is looked through in detail, as well as the most popular social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.
In the research part there are quantitative and qualitative research method – questionnaire and interview. Interview was with CDPC’s communication departament specialist and deputy head. Questionnaire respondents was followers of CDPC page on Facebook and Twitter. Analysed information obtained from empirical investigation data was summed up. Taking into account the obtained information, conclusions have been drawn and suggestions have been worked out.
