Pārrakstīšanās domēna vārdos

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt, kas ir pārrakstīšanās domēna vārdos. Apzināt ar kādu mērķi tiek izveidoti un reģistrēti domēnu vārdi, kas ir cēlušies drukas kļūdu rezultātā, kā arī kādas tam var būt sekas un kā izvairīties no nokļūšanas viltus domēnos. Viens no darba pamatmērķiem iekļauj drukas kļūdu galvenā algoritma un tā visbiežāk pielietoto modifikāciju apzināšanu, analīzi un izveidi, lai darba procesā tos pielietotu gan pasaules, gan Latvijas populārākajiem domēnu vārdiem, kā rezultātā tiktu iegūts optimāls datu daudzums turpmākai analīzei. Rezultāti pierādīja, ka gan pasaules, gan Latvijas interneta segmentā ir sastopami viltus domēni, kas ir piereģistrēti, balstoties uz visbiežāk sastopamajām interneta lietotāju drukas kļūdām, kā arī to, ka lielākā daļa viltus domēnu ir reģistrēti tikai dažās valstīs un atsaucas uz vieniem un tiem pašiem resursdatoriem, respektīvi, lielākā daļa viltus domēnu ip adreses aizņem daļu no kāda konkrēta tīkla apakštīkliem.

The aim of this paper is to explore and analyze what is a misspelling of the domain name. Identifying with what purpose those mistyped domain names are made and registered – also called typosquatting, as well as what consequences could there be if users visit them and how to avoid entering those bogus domains. One of the main goals of this paper include main mistyping algorithm and its modification identification, analysis and creation to apply them on both - global and Latvian most popular domain names so it could lead to an optimal amount of data for further analysis. Results showed that both – in global and Latvian internet segment are found bogus/fake domains that are registered based on the most frequent typing mistakes, which are made by most of the internet users, as well they showed that most of the fake domains are registered only on few countries and refers to the same hosts, respectively, most of the fake domains ip addresses are occupied by part of a specific network subnet.
