Darba procesa izveide platformā Microsoft SharePoint

Abstract

Microsoft SharePoint ir saistīts ar lieliem dokumentu apjomiem un dažādu mijiedarbību ar tiem. Lai padarītu darbu ar datiem vieglāku, SharePoint ļauj lietotajiem izveidot darbplūsmas SharePoint Designer programmatūrā. Tomēr, lietotājs var velēties izveidot darbplūsmu, kura nolasa vērtības no PDF formas laukiem. SharePoint Designer ne piedāvā darbplūsmas darbības kuras ir spējīgas to izdarīt. Tomēr, SharePoint dod iespēju lietotajiem pašiem izveidot vajadzīgas darbības un izmantot tas SharePoint dizaineri Kvalifikācijas darbs apraksta “smilškastes” (izolētā) risinājumā izveidi, kas pievieno papildus darbplūsmas darbības SharePoint dizainerī. Projekta mērķis ir izveidot darbplūsmas darbības kas ļaus nolasīt no PDF formas laukiem dažādā tipa vērtības.

Microsoft SharePoint is often associated with large documents flow and different types of interactions with them. In order to make it easier to work with data, SharePoint allows the user to create workflows with SharePoint Designer. A user may come across a situation, in which the workflow is required to read values of form fields. In this case, SharePoint Designer does not provide any workflow actions. Nevertheless, SharePoint Product allows the user to create custom workflow actions for SharePoint Designer. The present paper discusses design and development of “sandbox” solutions, which adds auxiliary workflow actions for SharePoint Designer. The aim of the paper is to create workflow actions, which would enabe the user to read different types of data from PDF forms and actions that works with PDF form it self.
