Projekts Transporta uzņēmuma "AB Transports" izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir „Transporta uzņēmuma „AB Transports” izveidošana”. Uzņēmējdarbība Latvijā pēdējos gados sāka stipri mainīties. No vienas puses tā kļuva attīstītāka, no citas puses konkurence gandrīz jebkurā nozarē pieaug ar katru dienu. Tirgus gandrīz jebkurā nozarē ir tik piesātināts, ka uzņēmējiem kļūst neiespējami nedomāt par konkurenci. Uzņēmuma īpašniekiem nepārtraukti jādomā par to, kā tālāk attīstīt savu biznesu, kur ieguldīt naudu, kā palielināt uzņēmuma peļņu utt. Bet neskatoties uz sīvu konkurenci, daudzi jaunie cilvēki domā par to, kā atvērt savu uzņēmumu un gūt no tā lielu peļņu. Projekta darba autore nav izņēmums- viņa arī bieži iedomājās par to, kādu uzņēmumu gribētu atvērt. Tieši tāpēc 2015.gadā, kad projekta autore jau piecus gadus nostrādāja uzņēmumā, kas nodarbojas ar autotransporta pārvadājumiem, rodas dotā projekta darba ideja. Piecu gadu laikā projekta autore guva pietiekami labu pieredzi starptautiskajos autopārvadājumos, spēja saprast, kas ir svarīgs darbā starptautiskajos autopārvadājumos, uzzināja, kādi ir vadoši uzņēmumi šajā sfērā utt. Kā arī, darbs loģistikas uzņēmumā palīdzēja projekta autorei saprast, ka starptautiskie autopārvadājumi ir tā sfēra, kas vienmēr paliks aktuāla- uzņēmēji vienmēr gribēs realizēt savu produkciju ārzemēs, vai nu pasūtīs ārzemēs izejvielas savas produkcijas ražošanai, ka arī iegādāsies preces tālākai pārpārdošanai. Autotransporta nozare ir viena no attīstītākajām un pieprasītākajām nozarēm. Uzņēmums „AB Transports” nodarbosies gan ar vietējiem, gan ar starptautiskajiem autopārvadājumiem, kā arī nodrošinās gan pilno, gan salikto kravu piegādes. Projekta darbs sastāv no astoņām nodaļām. Katra no šīm nodaļām ietvēr informāciju par svarīgu biznesa efektīvas darbības daļu.

The title of the Masters degree work is „The creation of the logistics company „AB Transports”. Latvian business began to change significantly in recent years. On the one hand business became more developted, on the other hand the competition in almostly any industry is growing day to day. The market almostly in any industry is so saturated that it becomes impossible not to tnink about the competition. The owners of different companies have to think about the future development of the company, about the right way to invest money and so on. But in spite the strong competition in many industries, young people always think about the way, how to open their own business and get profit from this. The author of the project is not an exception- very often she thinks about the way to open her own company. The idea of creation of this project work came in 2015, when the author of the project work for five years had been working in the transport company that provides road transportation of the goods. The author of the project gained experience in the international freight transportation, was able to understand what is the most important in working in the international freight transportation branch, found out, what are the leading companies in this field etc. As well as, the working in the logistics company helped the project author to understand that the international freight transportation is such a branch that always will stay actual- traders will always want to sell their productions abroad, they always will buy the materials for their production abroad, as well as they always will buy the goods for further re-sale. The international freight transportation is the most developed and the most required branch. The company „AB Transports” will provide both domestic and the international delivery of the goods, as well as will provide the transportation of full and partial goods. The project work contains eight chapters. Each of these chapters include information about important business part.
