Nevalstiskās izglītības iestādes starptautiskās konkurētspējas novērtēšana

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir «Nevalstiskās izglītības iestādes starptautiskās konkurētspējas novērtēšana». Diplomdarba mērķis ir izvērtēt SIA „Education centre Durbe” starptautisko konkurētspēju, izmantojot tādas konkurētspējas novērtēšanas metodes kā koeficientu metodes un līdzsvaroto vadības karti, kā arī ekspertu intervijas, un izdarīt priekšlikumus SIA „Education centre Durbe” konkurētspējas pilnveidošanai. Diplomdarba uzdevumi ir noteikti, balstoties uz diplomdarba mērķi. Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, ka SIA „Education centre Durbe” pēdēju 2 gadu laikā ir sastapusies ar finanšu grūtībām, un konkurētspējas līmenis ir krīties līdz vērtējumam „apmierinošs”. Tika noskaidrotas uzņēmuma stiprās puses un izstrādāti priekšlikumi konkurētspējas līmeņa uzlabošanai. Diplomdarba izstrādei tika izmantoti 70 informācijas avoti, tas sastāv no 101 lappuses, satura radītāja, anotācijām, 3 nodaļām, 10 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, literatūras saraksta, 5 pielikumiem. Diplomdarbā ir ietverti 35 attēli, 15 tabulas, un 32 formulas.

The subject of the diploma work is „The Assessment of International Competitiveness of the Non-governmental Educational Company”. The diploma aims to asses the international competitiveness of „Education centre Durbe” with the use of coefficient method and the Balanced Scorecard, as well as expert interviews, and to make proposals for "Education center Durbe "competitiveness improvement. Diploma tasks are assigned based on its targets. The research results indicate that in the last 2 years „Education centre Durbe” has faced financial difficulties and the level of competitiveness has fallen to „satisfactory” only. During the research company’s strengths and weaknesses were indicated and proposals were made to improve the level of the competitiveness. 70 information sources were used in the development of the diploma work. It comprises 101 pages, a table of contents, summaries, 3 chapters, 10 sub-chapters, conclusions and proposals, bibliography and 5 annexes. The diploma contains 35 images, 15 tables and 32 formulas.
