Maģistra darba mērķis ir veikt saimnieciskās darbības analīzi kūdras ieguves un pār-strādes uzņēmumā SIA „Compaqpet”, lai izvirzītu priekšlikumus sekmīgākai uzņēmuma dar-bībai un efektīvākai resursu izmantošanai.
Maģistra darba struktūru veido ievads, 4 nodaļas, secinājumi un priekšlikumi.
Darba mērķa sasniegšanai risināti šādi uzdevumi:
1)Raksturot saimnieciskās darbības teorētiskos aspektus;
2)Veikt kūdras ražošanas nozares raksturojumu un potenciālo tirgus izpēti;
3)Izpētīt SIA ‘’Compaqpeat’’ pasūtījumu pieņemšanas risku novērtējumu, SVID un PEST analīzi;
4)Izanalizēt uzņēmuma SIA ‘’Compaqpeat’’ finansiālos rādītājus sekmīgākai uzņē-muma darbībai;
5)Izvirzīt secinājumus un priekšlikumus uzņēmuma vadībai saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai uzņēmumā SIA ‘’Compaqpeat’’..
Maģistra darba apjoms ir 107 lapaspuses, tajā ir iekļautas 26 tabulas, 51 attēls un 26 formulas, kā arī pievienoti 12 pielikumi. Maģistra darba izstrādāšanai tika izmantoti 58 literatūras un informācijas avoti.

Aim of the Master’s thesis is to make analysis of the economic activity of the peat harvesting and processing company ‘’Compaqpeat’’ Ltd. in order to give suggestions for more successful activity of the company and more efficient use of resources.
Structure of the Master’s thesis consists of the introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions and suggestions.
The tasks for accomplishing the aim of the Master’s thesis:
1)To describe the theoretical aspects of the economic activity;
2)To make characterization of the peat production industry and research of potential markets;
3)To study evaluation of risks for reception of orders in the company ‘’Compaqpeat’’ Ltd., SWOT and PEST analysis;
4)To analyse financial indicators of the company ‘’Compaqpeat’’ Ltd. for more success activity of the company;
5)To make conclusions and give suggestions to the management of the company for improvement of the economic activity of the company ‘’Compaqpeat’’ Ltd.
Master thesis consists of 107 pages including 26 tables, 51 depictions and 26 formulas, as well as 12 appendixes. There were used 58 literature and information sources in the Master thesis.
