Tūrisma pakalpojuma izstrāde zemnieku saimniecībā "Madaras"

Abstract

Tūrisma nozare pēdējos gadus piedzīvo ar vienu straujāku attīstību gan Latvijā, gan pasaulē kopumā, taču attīstība atpaliek Latvijas reģionos. Nozares eksperti norāda, ka Latvijas tūrisma nozarei ir izaugsmes potenciāls, tomēr jāņem vērā, ka potenciālie ārvalstu un vietējie tūristi šobrīd ir prasīgāki pret tūrisma pakalpojumu kvalitāti. Maģistra darbā aplūkotas tūrisma nozares attīstības iespējas Madonas novadā. Izpētes objekts ir tūrisma nozare Madonas novadā, pētījuma priekšmets ir tūrisma nozares attīstības iespējas definētajā novadā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir nodrošināt kvalitatīvu tūrisma pakalpojumu piedāvājumu Madonas novadā. Maģistra darbā piedāvāti trīs iespējamie risinājumi, kas varētu atrisināt problēmu, ka Madonas novadā ir zems tūrisma pakalpojumu attīstības līmenis. No trim izvirzītajām alternatīvām, kā labākā atzīta – lauku tūrisma pakalpojuma izstrāde zemnieku saimniecībā „Madaras”, ietverot atpūtas vietas izveidi, ar laipu un labiekārtotu peldvietu, pārgājiena un velotakas izveidi, kā arī ekskursijas programmas izveidi fermā. Šim projеktаm dаrbа gаitā izstrādātа projekta rokаsgrāmаtа, iеkļаujot un dеtаlizēti аprаkstot visаs projеktа fāzеs. Mаģistrа dаrbā ir 94 lpp. un 44 piеlikumi.

Lately the tourism industry is experiencing swift development both in Latvia and abroad, however the growth is falling behind in the rural regions of Latvia. The field experts indicate that Latvia’s tourism industry has potential of development, though it should be taken into account that the prospective foreign and local tourists have high expectations considering the quality of the tourism services. In the Paper the opportunities to develop tourism industry in Madona district are provided. The research object is the tourism industry in Madona, the topic is the possibilities of developing the tourism industry in said district. The aim of the Paper is to provide a high quality range of tourism industry services in Madona district. There are three possible solutions which could solve the problem of having a low level of tourism industry service development provided. From the three alternatives given making of rural tourism service including a recreation zone, a footbridge, a bathing ground, a cycle and a foot path, as well as an excursion proggramme in the farm in “Madaras” is considered the best. There is a handbook designed for this project which includes and gives a detailed description of all the phases of the project. There are 95 pages and 44 appendices in the Master Thesis
