Enerģētikas attīstības perspektīvas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas enerģētikas nozari un valdības nospraustos mērķus tās tālākai attīstībai, veikt nākotnes perspektīvu veidošanu un priekšlikumu uzskaiti enerģētikas jomas pilnveidošanai. Lai veiksmīgi sasniegtu darba mērķi un izpildītu izvirzītos uzdevumus, autors pētījumā izmantoja statistiskās analīzes metodi. Tāpat autors prognozēja iespējamos nākotnes scenārijus Latvijas enerģētikas nozarei ņemot vērā dažādus faktorus, kas to ietekmē. Darba saturs izklāstīts 4 nodaļās. Pirmajā nodaļā aprakstīta enerģētikas nozare no teorētiskās viedokļa. Otrajā nodaļā ir analizēta enerģētikas nozare un energoresursu veidi Latvijā. Trešajā nodaļā ir aprakstīta enerģētikas politika un tās ietekme. Ceturtajā daļā tiek apskatītas enerģētikas attīstības perspektīvas un iespējas Latvijā kā arī izteikts autora viedoklis par tām. Nobeigumā autors veic secinājumu uzskaiti un izsaka priekšlikumus nozares uzlabošanai. Pētījuma rezultātā darba autors secinājis, ka pieaug Latvijas enerģētikas pašnodrošinājums un efektivitāte jeb enerģētikas drošības līmenis kopumā, joprojām ir liels neizmantots atjaunojamo energoresursu potenciāls, ir jāatrod risinājums dabasgāzes piegāžu atkarībai no Krievijas un jāpalielina ēku nosiltināšanas tempi. Darbs izklāstīts uz 62 lappusēm, satur 4 tabulas un 15 attēlus. Darbam pievienots 1 pielikums un izmantoti 39 avoti.

The main objective of bachelor thesis is to explore the energy sector of Latvia and goals set by the government for further development of this sector, as well as to create future prospects and suggestions for the energy sector. In order to successfully achieve the objectives and fulfill the tasks, author of the study used the statistical analysis method. Author also predicted the possible future scenarios for the Latvian energy sector while taking into account a variety of factors that influence it. Work is set out in four sections. The first chapter describes the energy sector from the theoretical point of view. The second chapter analyzes the Latvian energy sector and its energy mix. The third chapter describes the energy policy and its influence. The fourth chapter deals with energy prospects and opportunities for Latvia. It also contains the author’s opinion about them. In conclusion, author states his conclusions and make his proposals to improve energy sector. Result of the research: the author concluded that Latvian energy self-sufficiency and efficiency is increasing which mean increasing level of energy security in general. It also concluded that there is still a large amount of unutilized renewable energy potential, there should be solution found for dependence on natural gas supplies from Russia and finally it concluded that insulation rates for buildings should increase. The work contains 62 pages, 4 tables and 15 pictures. Work has 1 amendment and 39 sources.
