Abstract

Nepārtraukta biznesa attīstīšana ir nepieciešama, lai uzņēmums spētu konkurēt un sasniegtu izvirzītos mērķus. Mūsdienās attīstība ir būtiska uzņēmējdarbības sastāvdaļa, lai nodrošinātu uzņēmuma dzīvotspēju ilgtermiņā. Darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz apkopoto teorētisko materiālu un veikto uzņēmuma analīzi, izstrādāt SIA „Rito R” attīstības iespējas un izstrādāt efektīvākos attīstības virzienus, kas ļautu uzņēmumam nodrošināt ilgtermiņa darbību. Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek raksturota uzņēmuma SIA „Rito R” līdzšinējā darbība un mērķi, kas nosaka uzņēmuma darbības virzienu. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta SIA „Rito R” iekšējās un ārējās vides ietekme uz uzņēmuma darbību un veikta uzņēmuma analīze izmantojot SVID matricu un M.Portera 5 spēku metodi. Trešajā nodaļā, balstoties uz pirmās un otrās nodaļas ietvaros veikto teorētisko un praktisko analīzi, tiek izpētītas uzņēmuma „Rito R” attīstības iespējas un noteikti efektīvakie attīstības virzieni, kā arī izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Darba rezultāta tiek secināts, ka uzņēmumam nepieciešams izveidot attīstības plānu, kas ļautu tam mazinātu uzņēmuma izmaksas, veicinātu produktu realizāciju un paaugstinātu darba efektivitāti.

Continuous business development is required for a company to compete and meet its objectives. Today, development is an essential part of business, in order to ensure the company's long-term viability. The aim of thesis –according to the collected theoretical material and the company's analysis, define Ltd. "Rito R" development opportunities and raise the most effective development options that would allow the company to ensure long-term operation. The work consists of 3 parts. The first chapter describes the company`s "Rito R" current activity, its characteristics and objectives, determining the company's direction. The second chapter analyzes the Ltd. "Rito R" internal and external environment impact on the company's operations and shows performed company`s analysis using the SWOT matrix and M. Porter's 5 forces method. The third chapter is based on the first and second chapter's theoretical and practical analysis, and it explores the company`s "Rito R" development opportunities and more effective development trends, as well as detailed findings and proposals. Work is consequently concluded that the company needed to create a development plan that would allow the company to reduce costs, increase its sales and increase work efficiency.
