Citvalodu personvārdu atveides regulējums Latvijas un starptautiskajos tiesību avotos

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir rast risinājumu šobrīd pastāvošajai problemātikai personvārdu atveides un rakstības regulējumā. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi ir identificēt šīs jomas problēmjautājumus, apskatot šīs problemātikas vēsturisko izveidi un attīstību, analizējot būtiskāko un jaunāko tiesu praksi lietās par personvārdu atveidi, rakstību un tās regulējumu, kā arī pētot un salīdzinot šīs jomas tiesisko regulējumu. Bakalaura darba rezultātā tika izpētīta būtiskākā tiesu prakse un jaunākā tiesu prakse, veicot secinājumus par šīs problemātikas aktualitāti un attīstību, kā arī tika izpētītas veiktās un neveiktās izmaiņas šīs jomas tiesiskajā regulējumā. Darba iznākumā tika rasts priekšlikums šīs problemātikas efektīvam risinājumam.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find a solution to the current regulation issues of name representation and writing. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to identify the issues of this topic by looking through the historical establishment and development of this issue, analysing essential and latest jurisprudence of this topic, as well as by researching and comparing the regulation of representation and writing of names. In the result of this bachelor thesis essential and latest jurisprudence of this topic has been explored, conclusions about the topicality and development of this issue have been made and also research of the changes that have been and have not been made regarding the regulation of this topic has been done. A suggestion on how to effectively resolve this issue has been put forward in the outcome of this thesis.
