Reģionālās integrācijas procesi Neatkarīgo Valstu Sadraudzības telpā laikā no 2000. gada līdz 2014. gadam

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt integrācijas procesus Neatkarīgo Valstu Sadraudzības telpā. Pamatojoties uz to, ka resursu ziņā Krievija ir reģionālā lielvara, tika izvirzīts izpētes jautājums: kā Krievijas Federācijas ārpolitika ir ietekmējusi integrāciju Neatkarīgo Valstu Sadraudzības ka reģionālā drošības kompleksa telpā? Darba hipotēze: Krievijas vēlme dominēt reģionā ir negatīvi ietekmējusi Neatkarīgo Valstu Sadraudzību ka reģionālo drošības kompleksu. Pētījums balstīts uz tādiem teorētiskiem konceptiem kā “drošība”, “reģions”, “reģionālisms”; “reģionalizācija”; „reģionālā drošība” ; “drošības komplekss”. Pētījuma gaitā tika noskaidrots, ka Krievija negatīvi ietekmējusi NVS organizāciju, jo pamatojoties uz Krievijas interesēm un vēlmēm dominēt reģionā, no Krievijas puses tika veikti vairāki organizāciju dezintegrējošie pasākumi.

The goal of this paper is to research the integrational processes in the area of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Based on the fact that, in terms of resources, Russia is a regional great power, the question that this paper adresses is as follows: how did the foreign policy of the Russian Federation influence the intigration in the CIS area as regional securuty complex? The hypothesis that this paper poses is: Russias desire to dominante the region has negatively influenced the CIS as regional security complex. The research is based on theoretical concepts such as: „security” , „region” , „regionalism” , „regionalization” , „regional security” and „security complex”. In the process of this research, it was established, that Russia has negatively influenced the CIS organization, because, based on Russia’s interests and ambitions to dominante the region, Russia carried out many disintegrating measures.
