Novadpētniecība par Doles Tautas namu

Abstract

Doles Tautas nams ir sena ēka, kas tika izveidots kā Ķekavas krogs. Mūsdienās šajā namā notiek aktīva kultūras dzīve, kur tiek rīkoti dažādi pasākumi, kā arī ir aktuāla novadpētniecība. Pētījuma mērķis ir apkopot novadpētniecības informāciju par tautas namu, tā vēsturi, notikumiem, kas saistīti ar to, kā arī izpētīt mūsdienu situāciju. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka Doles Tautas nams diezgan ilgu laiku ir darbojies kā izklaides vieta ceļotājiem, kur tiem bija iespēja piestāt un atpūsties, pašlaik ēkā atrodas galvenās Ķekavas pagasta kultūras iestādes.

The peoples house of Dole is an old building, that was named Ķekavas krogs for a period of time. Now-a-days this building represents a full set of cultural activities, as well as its’ devotion to regional studies. The goal of this research is to acquire the most of the available information about this building, its’ history, things, that it has been through from the day it was built till today. The results of this research show, that the peoples house of Dole has been as an entertainment place for a long time for the travelers, who had the chance to stop by and have a break, as well as the fact, that in that same spot today there lies the main culture facility of Ķekava.
