Starpdisciplinārā sadarbība sociālajā darbā ar klientu ar demenci

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Starpdisciplinārā sadarbība sociālajā darbā ar klientu ar demenci” mērķisir izpētīt starpdisciplināro sadarbību sociālajā darbā ar klientu ar demenci ilgstošās sociālās aprūpes iestādēs. Problēma saktualitāti nosaka klientu skaita pieaugums un atbilstošu pētījumu trūkums Latvijā. Darba teorētisko ietvaru veido aprūpes teorija un starpdisciplinārās sadarbības skaidrojums. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā veikta trīs gadījumu izpēte par sadarbību ilgstošās sociālās aprūpes institūcijās RSAC „Gaiļezers”, RSAC „Stella maris” un SAC „Stūrīši”. Autore konstatē, ka aprūpes organizācijā un starpdisciplinārajā sadarbībā netiek nodrošināta individuālā pieeja un respekts pret personisko telpu. Medikalizācija ir viena starpdisciplinārās sadarbības barjerām.

Goal of the Master's Thesis "Interdisciplinary cooperation in social work with clients with dementia" is to explore the interdisciplinary cooperation in social work with clients with dementia at the long-term social care institutions. Problems actuality is determined by increase in the number of customers and lack of adequate research data in Latvia. Theoretical framework consists of care theory and explanation of interdisciplinary co-operation. Empirical part of the research consist of three case studies on cooperation in the long-term social care institutions RSAC "Gaiļezers" RSAC "Stella Maris" and SAC "Stūrīši". The author concludes that the care organization and interdisciplinary collaboration lacks individual approach and respect for personal space. Medicalization is one of interdisciplinary cooperation barriers.
