Iekšējās komunikācijas loma organizācijas mērķu sasniegšanā: "Latvijas Neredzīgo biedrības" gadījuma analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir iekšējās komunikācijas loma organizācijas mērķu sasniegšanā: „Latvijas Neredzīgo biedrības” gadījuma analīze. Darba mērķis ir iegūt padziļinātu izpratni par organizācijas iekšējo komunikāciju, kā arī noskaidrot komunikācijas problēmas, kas pastāv organizācijā un traucē veiksmīgi veidot komunikāciju ar organizācijas biedriem un organizācijas teritoriālajām pārstāvniecībām. Darba teorētisko daļu veido teorijas apskats par organizāciju, nevalstisko bezpeļņas organizāciju, organizācijas komunikāciju un iekšējo komunikāciju, kā arī komunikācijas kanāliem, veidiem un rīkiem. Pētījuma veikšanai, datu un informācijas iegūšanai izmantotas divas pētniecības metodes – anketēšana un daļēji strukturētā intervija. Apkopojot rezultātus, tiek secināts, ka pastāv būtiskas komunikācijas problēmas gan ar organizācijas biedriem, gan ar organizācijas teritoriālajām pārstāvniecībām. Viens no iemesliem ir tāds, ka organizācijai nav izstrādātas komunikācijas vadlīnijas.

Bachelor thesis: Case study of the role of internal communication in achieving organizational goals of "Latvian Society of the Blind". The goal is to get an in-depth izpratini the organization of internal communications, as well as to clarify the communication problems that exist in the organization and interfere successfully establish communication with the organization's members and organizations territorial missions. The theoretical part consists of an overview of the theory of organizations, non-governmental non-profit organizations, organizational communication and internal communication as well as communication channels, methods and tools. Carry out research, data and information, the use of two research methods - questionnaires and semi-structured interview. Summarizing the results, it is concluded that there are significant communication problems with both its members and the organization of territorial offices. One of the reasons is that organizations have not developed communication guidelines.
