Latviešu kino reprezentācija medijos (2010-2014)

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Latviešu kino reprezentācija medijos (2010-2014).” Šī darba galvenais mērķis ir noteikt kāda ir interneta medijos “Delfi.lv” un “Tvnet.lv” atspoguļotā informācija par latviešu kino un kā tā ir mainījusies pēdējo gadu laikā, noskaidrot, kā šie dati ietekmē rēalo situāciju latviešu kino. Darba teorētiskā daļa sastāv no teorijas par reprezentāciju, tās ietekmi uz auditoriju un publisko viedokli, kā arī par latviešu kino pēdējo gadu aktualitātēm. Darbā izmantotās metodes ir kontentanalīze, daļēji strukturēta intervija un fokusgrupas diskusija. Pētījuma rezultātā tika secināts, ka informācija, kas pieejama medijos, visbiežāk, ir saistīta ar filmu aktualitātēm un latviešu filmām ārzemēs, tā daļēji atspoguļo reālo situāciju kino nozarē un tā ietekmē auditorijas uztveri par latviešu kino.

The theme of this Bachelor’s thesis is “Latvian cinema representation in media (2010-2014)”. This thesis shows the content of the publications in media – specifically on the websites “Delfi.lv” and “Tvnet.lv” - concerning Latvian cinema. The main goal is to identify the amount of these publications, examine the contents and expose the relative changes in amount and content between the years 2010 and 2014. And by using semi- structured interview and focus group discussion, compare these data with an actual situation in Latvian cinema. Theoretical approaches are the theory of representation and its effects on public opinion and the description of Latvian cinema. The results show that the information are mainly focused on topicality of Latvian films and the presentation of Latvian cinema in other countries.
