Bakalaura darbs - „Alkoholisko zīmolu komunikācija sociālajā tīklā "Facebook”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, ko savā komunikācijā izmanto alkoholiskie zīmoli, lai piesaistītu savus sekotājus. Pētījuma hipotēze – alkoholisko zīmolu sekotāju skaits sociālajā tiklā Facebook atkarīgs no to komunikācijas satura.
Darba pamatā ir teorētiskā daļa, kur aprakstīti jēdzieni zīmols, zīmola atpazīstamība, zīmola lojalitātes veicināšana sociālajos tīklos, sociālie mediji, komunikācija sociālajos medijos, uzņēmuma ārējā komunikācija un sociālā atbildība. Pētniecības metožu daļa, kur apraklstītas izvēlētās metodes: kontentanalīze, aptauja un intervija. Pētījuma daļa, kurā tuvāk analizēti alkoholiskie zīmoli, kuriem šobrīd ir vislielākais sekotāju skaits jeb zīmols „Smirnoff”, „Johnnie Walker”, „Bacardi” un „Absolut”. Analizētas tika šo zīmolu Latvijas sociālā tīkla Facebook lapas, lai pēc satura analīzes būtu iespējams aptaujāt vietējo auditoriju. This bachelor thesis – „Alcoholic brand communication in social network Facebook". The aim is to find out what alcoholic brands use in order to attract their followers. Hypothesis – alcoholic brand number of followers on Facebook depends on the communication content.
This work is based on the the theoretical part where are described the concepts of brand, brand recognition, brand loyalty promotion of social networks, social media, social media communication, external communication and corporate social responsibility. Research methods part where described selected methods are: content analysis, survey and interview. Research – where are analyzed alcoholic brands, which currently have the largest number of followers. They are: brand Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, Bacardi and Absolut. This research analyzed only Latvian alcoholic brand pages, because to content analysis would be possible to survey the local audience.
