Dziedāšanas reprezentācija Vecumnieku novada iedzīvotāju atmiņstāstos

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir atklāt, kā dziedāšanu reprezentē cilvēku atmiņstāsti Vecumnieku novadā, kā arī noskaidrot, kāda nozīme un vērtība tajos piešķirta dziedāšanas tradīcijām un kāda loma dziedāšanas reprezentācijā ir piešķirta konkrētai apdzīvotajai vietai. Teorētiskā daļa balstās uz nacionālās identitātes, nācijas, reprezentācijas, atmiņstāstu un mutvārdu vēstures jēdzienu skaidrojumu. Konteksta daļā sniegts ieskats latviešu nacionālās identitātes un dziedāšanas tradīciju raksturojumā, kā arī īss Vecumnieku novada apraksts. Pētāmais atmiņstāstu materiāls iegūts ar daļēji strukturētās intervijas metodi. Empīriskie dati analizēti ar kvantitatīvo kontentanalīzi un diskursa vēsturisko analīzi. Pētījuma rezultāti liek secināt, ka Vecumnieku novada iedzīvotāju atmiņstāsti reprezentē cilvēku pozitīvu attieksmi pret dziedāšanu kā tautas kopības vērtību, tiek dziedāts svētkos un ikdienā. Taču nav manāma ievērojama konkrētās vietas ietekme dziedāšanas reprezentācijā.

The purpose of the bachelor paper is to unfold the way people memory stories represent singing in Vecumnieki region and to clarify the importance and value of singing traditions and the role of singing representation according to certain populated place. The theoretical part of the paper is based on the explanation of the terms national identity, nation, representation, memory stories and verbal history. The main part of the paper provides the insight into Latvian national identity and charactirize singing traditions as well as describes Vecumnieki region. The research of memory stories findings is obtained using partly structured interview method. Empirical data are analysed due to quantitative content and discourse history analysis. The results obtained suggest that the people memory stories in Vecumnieki region represent people , s positive attitude towards singing as the important comnunity value, but the influece of the populated place on singing representation is not significant.
