Sociālais portāls “Awenter”

Abstract

Awenter ir Latvijas Universitātes Datorikas Fakultātes kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros izstrādāts sociālais portāls, kurā lietotāji var atrast viņiem piemērotus veidus kā pavadīt savu laiku un atrast līdzīgi domājošus cilvēkus. Šī sociālā tīkla pamatfunkcija ir izveidot un atrast apkārt notiekošus pasākumus (koncertus, balles un cita veida sanākšanas) kā arī socializēties ar citiem portāla lietotājiem, lai varētu pasākumus piedzīvot kopā. Bez pasākumu izveides/atrašanas, tīklam vēl ir citas funkcijas, lai padarītu tā izmantošanu vienkāršāku, patīkamāku un ērtāku, kā arī, lai atvieglotu piemērotu pasākumu un draugu atrašanu. Piemēram, lietotāji var pasākumus arī novērtēt, tos pārrunāt kā arī kopā ar citiem lietotājiem izveidot domubiedru grupas, lai varētu vieglāk atrast līdzīgi domājošus cilvēkus un pasākumus, kas varētu interesēt. Kvalifikācijas darba dokumentācijā atrodas visa svarīgākā informācija par sistēmu, ieskaitot tās prasību specifikāciju, projektējuma aprakstu, darbietilpības novērtējumu un citu informāciju par to kā sistēma tika veidota, testēta un par to kā projekta darbs tika organizēts.

Awenter is a social network that is developed as a part of the qualification thesis of the Faculty of Computing in University of Latvia. Using Awenter its users can find the best ways to spend their time and meet new friends. The main function of this social network is to create and find events in the area (concerts, parties and other kinds of get-togethers) as well as to socialize with other users of the network and experience events together with other people from it. Besides the creation and finding of events, the network has other functions designed to make using the system easier and more fun, as well as to make finding people with similar interests and suitable events easier. For example, users can also rate events, talk about them with other people, create groups. The documentation of this thesis contains the most important information about this system, including the software requirements specification, software design description, effort estimation and other information about the way the system was built, tested and the way the creation of this thesis was organized.
