Uzturēšanās atļaujas un to ekonomiskais aspekts

Abstract

Mana bakalaura darba tēma „Uzturēšanās atļaujas un to ekonomiskais aspekts”. Darbā tika pētīts un analizēts uzturēšanās atļauju ekonomiskais aspekts un izstrādāti priekšlikumi turpmākai attīstībai. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tēma tika pētīta no teorētiskā aspekta – uzturēšanās atļaujas jēdziens, veidi, kā arī to ietekmējošie faktori. Darba otrajā nodaļā tika analizēti statistikas dati par saņemtajām uzturēšanās atļaujām Latvijā, kā arī pieprasījums, saņēmēju valstiskā piederība, kā arī analizēti iekšējie un ārējie faktori, kas ietekmējuši pieprasījuma izmaiņas. Darbā tika izmantoti gan struktūras, gan dinamikas rādītāji. Trešajā nodaļā tika veikts uzturēšanās atļauju ekonomiskais novērtējums, pamatojoties iedzīvotāju aptaujas rezultātiem un dažādu valstu programmas salīdzinājuma. Rezultātā tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi investoru programmas pilnveidošanai Latvijā. Pētījuma periods: no 2004. gada līdz 2015. gadam. Trešajā nodaļā periods ir sašaurināts (no 2010. gada līdz 2015. gadam). Darbs sastāv no 65 lapām, 12 tabulām, 24 attēliem, 45 izmantotās literatūras un citiem avotiem, 2 pielikumiem. The topic of my Bachelor’s Thesis “Residence permits and their economic aspect”. The economic aspect of residence permits has been researched in the thesis and the proposals for the further development have been drawn. In the first chapter of the thesis the topic has been researched from the theoretical point of view – the definition of residence permits, their types and influencing factors. In the second chapter the statistical data about the issued residence permits in Latvia has been analysed along with the demand, countries of origin of applicants, and the external and internal factors, influencing the changes in demand have been studied. Both structural and dynamic indicators have been used. In the third chapter the economic aspect of residence permits, based on the survey results, has been studied and different investor programs from different countries have been compared. As a result proposals for improving Latvian investor program have been developed. The period of research: from 2004 to 2015. In the third chapter the period is shorted (from 2010 to 2015). Thesis consists of 65 pages, 12 tables, 24 figures, 45 bibliography sources and 2 appendices. Keywords: temporary residence permit, investor program, advantages, risks, economic effect.
